Looks to be hand quilted. The appliqué part has been done with a machine. This is a nice throw size. It also would look great hanging on a wall but you would need to add tabs or some way to hang it. I would say this is in very good condition. The tag part is worn out. Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description. This is a great cabin style quilt.
