The acute matte 'D' screen gives a more even distribution of light over the whole screen than the earlier acute matte version.  Focusing becomes much more precise using the split image and microprisms, a must have for any Hasselblad camera. Pentax Super Takumar 50mm 1.4 8 Elements, Near Mint, Focus smooth and precise, Aperture clean and snappy This is the sought after early version made from 8 elements in order to beat the Zeiss Planar. Its a marvelous lens with finest bokeh. As it is not getting enough use i prefer to sell it to someone who hopefully enjoys working with it, it's a gem. This is a vintage lens, but it's condition is more than excellent, no dings, no scratches, no haze, no cleaning marks. Maybe some tiny internal dust. As good as it gets.
