This is a nice example of version of the B8 with a variable shutter (the B-8VS). The camera appears to work: motor runs properly at different speeds, viewfinder is reasonably clear, viewfinder frame size changing works. Lens are clean and clear, apertures click precisely. Turret switches nearly. Focus on the 12.5 mm is smooth, but the grease seems to have hardened in the 35 mm lens -- I can't turn it away from infinity. Here we have a Braun Nizo S55 Super 8 camera. The motor runs but there is no sign of the aperture metering display in the viewfinder, and pressing the battery check buttons does nothing. It's not clear if the camera is actually metering but the display is just dead, or if the whole metering system is malfunctioning. There's also some coating wear on the front element of the lens, but the internals look clean and clear (as does the viewfinder). Power zoom works. This Minox 35 GT is in very good condition. It appears to be fully functional. - Shutter fires. - Lens is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze. This simple viewfinder camera seems to work fine apart from the slowest shutter speeds: 1/5 sec and below sound too slow, but 1/10 and up sound fine. Wind-on is and focus are smooth, lens looks good, aperture selector turns nicely. Cosmetic condition is rough, with some corrosion and loose leatherette. This classic Mamiya interchangeable lens TLR looks very well-used, but it appears to be fully functional and is sold as working. Here is what I can tell you: - The shutter in the 80 mm lens fires on all speeds, sounds good. - Glass is in acceptable condition, with cleaning marks and micro-scratches that should not impact real-world performance. No haze, no fungus. - Focus gearing is smooth. - Bellows look OK. - The chimney viewfinder is damaged at one corner (see photos) but still attaches securely to the body. When flipping from 6x to 3.5x, the magnifier sometimes sticks and blocks the top 5% of the view -- jiggling the knob will allow it to settle back completely. This VSL 3-E seems to have some kind of electronics problem. The viewfinder display lights up "60" with the other speeds showing flashing dots, no matter what the settings. Shutter fires at specific speeds, but in A mode mirror locks up. Cosmetically, the camera is in like-new condition. It was acquired from the stock of a former camera store, and my guess is it was a return that failed shortly after the original owner bought it. This Foca, like so many Focas, no longer works. The shutter doesn't fire. You can look through the viewfinder and see the nifty rangefinder-style focusing patch (lens focus is smooth). Looks like there's some fungus in the lens itself. Cosmetically, the camera is in good shape. I hope someone can restore it, but it makes a nice shelf piece as-is, a relic from the twilight of French camera making. Be sure to check out my other sales. Here we have a black-on-black Nikon F2 Photomic in very nice user condition. There's a bit of brass showing, but nothing objectionable. Here we have a very nice looking Contarex Electronic with a problem: the battery door seems to be stuck. At least I can't turn the release. Most likely, batteries were left in the camera and subsequently leaked and expanded, jamming the door, but I can't say for certain. Mechanically, the camera seems to work -- the shutter fires, though only at one speed since there's no electronic control. Curtains look fine. Viewfinder is clean and clear. OK, this is something special. It came in with a Minolta AF-S (also for sale separately). It appears to be a custom, one-of-a-kind leather case designed specifically for that camera. It appears to be made of something like ostrich leather, crazy as that sounds. The stitching is precise, and the inside has a soft lining. There is a cutout along the top rear edge that provides access to the AF-S's viewfinder and flash release. I am almost positive this is not a commercial product: there is no branding, and there is no tripod screw attachment in the bottom of the case, yet it precisely holds an AF-S (as seen in the pictures). This little gem of a camera is in good condition and appears to be fully functional. Shutter fires on all speeds. The three viewfinder windows are clean and clear. Lens looks good. This is a nice example of Canon's update to the classic AE-1. Everything appears to work and overall condition is good except for a slight bend in the hot shoe retention rails. You can still attach a flash (I'm including a Canon Speedlite in the sale). This Leicaflex SL's mirror is stuck in the up position. If you try to wind-on the shutter, the arming lever stops immediately, but pressing down on the shutter release suggests it's not armed. I tested this SX-70 with a new pack of film: the motor runs, but the dark slide does not eject.  When I press the shutter button, the camera appears to a take a picture (mirror flips, and longer shutter speeds are used in low light) but no film is ejected.  Apart from the that, the camera looks nice. This Zorki-4K needs a little help. Shutter seems to work on higher speeds but at 1/60 and slower the second curtain hangs open. The viewfinder is clean and clear and the rangefinder patch is nicely contrasty and visible, but there's a problem with the feeler that couples the lens to the rangefinder mechanism. The feeler moves in both directions, but it should push itself out towards the lens with a spring, and it does not -- instead, once it's been pushed in, it stays in. Lens looks clean and clear, just the usual dust.
