Alinco DJ-S41 UHF H/T.  Nice physical condition.  Working.  Power out is rated at 340 mW. and if you press PTT and press 'SCAN' will drop to 50 mW. (According to Universal Radio's ad - Alinco only says 10 mW(??)  User manual does not cover this low power switch.  Same key sequence to switch back. Can send a 1750 Hz tone burst. 420 to 450 MHz with PL encode. 20 memories. Nice audio TX and RX.  'LAMP' button for backlight - on about 5 sec. Runs on three AAs.  User manual downloadable. Will ship well packed and working as shown.  No returns on electronics because of swappers etc..  Shipping issues between buyer and shipper. Thanks.
