Artcane - Odyssée - Philips - 9101 141 - France - 1977 Artcane was founded in 1973 at Clermont Ferrand by sound designer Alain Coupel(keyboards),Jack Mlynski(guitars) and joined by Stanislas Belloc(bass) and Daniel Locci(drums)..The group released only this album 'Odyssée".For lovers of progressive rock is one of the jowels of this time!!!.It is true that his long beaches of keyboards/guitars(the track "Artcane 1" exceeds 15mn) remind King Crimson,even Gong,Carpe Diem or Pulsar..The group disappears in 1978 after the departure of Alain Coupel surely linked to the non-renewal of the contract by Philips..In the end Artcane gave only few concerts... Vinyl in perfect shape!!!.No hairlines & probably plays a very few times!!!.Plays excellent on two sides!!! Cover have minor damage on a corners,minor folds,small wears front/back due a storage.Small solarisation on middle top edge. Nice copy & hard to find!!!!!!!! *VINYL: NM *COVER: VG++/EXC.(Close to NM)
