Here we have an example of Pentax's fast portrait lens. This is from the generation of K-mount lenses that Pentax made before introducing the "M" K-mounts: build quality is a little higher than those later lenses. Unfortunately, this one has some fungus, mainly on on the edges of the inside of the front element. I suspect the performance impact would be subtle if any is visible, but I have not tested it. There is also a dent in the filter thread, so filters are not an option. Otherwise, things are good: focus is smooth across the range, aperture selector clicks nicely at each stop, iris blades are clean and snappy, cosmetic condition (apart from the ding) is very good.  Be sure to check out my other sales.
