They get gummy and sticky with NO EXCEPTION as they age on this type of camera. So make no mistake, and choose a super 8 camera of this type with its foams changed !! battery compartment is clean with no signs of battery leakage. battery compartement door is in pretty good condition with no signs of corrosion
