KENWOOD TS-430S, FOR PARTS EN FRANCE

No license, no proper antenna, so can't thoroughly test, but I'm pretty sure it needs some work.  Powers up, and all switches and buttons seem to work.  some background sound on AM.  No fan in the housing.  On TX the meter peaks, but I don't have a load.  Boards all look clean with no obvious problems.  Modes change with the buttons and up and down work. tuning knob and band selector work SSB filter still installed No mic, power cable original manual and also repair manual it is what it is...no returns
