Komura Telemore 2x Teleconverter for Mamiya RB67, with case and caps. In poor optical condition, there is fungus, dust and various other blemishes. When tested it is mechanically functional and looks sharp through the viewfinder. However the optical performance is likely to be impaired due to the condition.
