MARTI STL-20M (MONO TRANSMITTER) EN FRANCE

This Marti STL-20M (Mono Transmitter) was purchased as a backup STL for an AM radio station that my company owned but went dark. It is still in the original plastic bag and has the manual with it. The frequency for this transmitter is 947.500. The mono transmitter is not frequency agile and will have to be shipped to BE to be retuned. If your frequency is near the existing frequency, BE has quoted me a retune cost of between $250 to $350. New the transmitter was around $1,900. I also have a Marti R-10 Mono receiver that is not currently working. The receiver has the matching frequency. There is a transformer that needs to be replaced (see photo). I do not know the cost nor do I know why happened to the receiver to cause the transformer to go bad.  Both are the Transmitter and the Receiver are included in this purchase. Will ship UPS to the buyer.
