Comes with 2 radios, 1 dual desktop charger w/ power, only 1 belt clip, Motorola Zipper case, manual; No guarantee on batteries.One seems OK. The other resets the radio on transmit. I swapped the battery and issue follows battery. Only 1 belt clip included
