I was continuously reminded of the Neuron's impact as it swooped and roared in the background of an interview that I recorded at that show. Now the attractive concept of running that technology from your computer desktop has created a stir of its own. The Neuron VS package consists of two parts, one hardware and one software (as this review was approaching completion, a second software component, Modelmaker, was added to the bundle — see the boxout for more on this). The hardware element is the USB-driven Nuke remote control unit, which offers a single stick controller — the X-Y joystick, of which there are four on the original Neuron keyboard — and four assignable continuous controllers. Neuron VS, the software component, is essentially the synth engine from the original Neuron in plug-in form. It is to this day the only gold coloured microphone we own, and it has such a cute little metal table stand with the Grundig four-leaf clover on it! And, more importantly, it was one of the first “vintage” microphones we acquired that did not simply sound old, funny or broken, and it piqued our interest in a very special way: It sounded fantastic, but there was buzz and hum and all sorts of unpleasant background noises mixed into the signal – and here my quest to  began. In terms of usefulness, this means that it is 100% functionally equal to the MD21, which was used as a reporter mic and in broadcasting. It has many advantages for these purposes – almost no handling noise, no proximity effect, incredibly sturdy (there was supposedly a show on the Sennheiser stage on some fair in the 1950s where an MD21 was dragged up and down a flight of stairs for hours, and it was still operational after this treatment). Since it was developed for vocal applications mainly, it has a presence boost above 3kHz and can withstand really high SPL. Much like with its cardioid sibling, the MD421, it’s virtually impossible to get a distorted signal out of this mic. In the studio, it can be used as a soft, jazzy kick drum mic, on guitar cabinets and on many instruments where you want to capture a mellow and natural ambient sound without very detailed transients or highs. This is because it is a large-diaphraghm dynamic omni, and as such probably unique in its properties even in most serious studio microphone collections.

I'm selling this MATRIX X-SABRE PRO MQA DAC, one of the best sounding dacs I have ever owned, and i have owned quite a few in my lifetime !  It is in perfect condition, just as new (i take very good care of my audio gear), and comes with a usb cable and a power cord. It also comes with a remote control. I'm selling it with regret, but i am going to upgrade for a much more expensive dac/streamer. While the first - voltage gain - stage is based on an integrated circuit of the highest audio pedigree, the second - power gain - stage is a single-ended, pure Class-A amplifier. It enables the CanAmp to drive virtually any headphones from 8 ohms up to 600 ohms. As its output power (at 8 ohm) is nearly 1W, the CanAmp could drive even a high-sensitivity loudspeaker! The unit has no internal wiring, and the signal path is kept to a minimum on its PCB. Its high-quality, 1 dB-tolerance Blue Alps volume pot goes through a further selection process during manufacturing to achieve an even tighter, 0.5 dB tolerance. Funnily enough, this was perhaps more pronounced with some unaccompanied solo vocals than with orchestra or mega-rock, but that just serves to remind one that the human voice can indeed be a very big instrument. Perhaps if you like your music a bit on the polite side this may seem a touch excessive, but we freely confess that we just loved it. Tonality is great too. Very wide soundstage. Open airy 3D sound. The soundtage seems to stretch way beyond the headphones with an airy feel each instrument separated in its own space. Imaging is well defined and the midrange and treble are at a level that makes listening for long periods very non-fatiguing. The Op-amp can be swapped for other types to give a different sound balance if preferred such as the AD823AN (more pronounced high end) or LM4562NA (more forward sound with better bass control). Some even nicknamed her "The LesPaul Killer" and I admit they are quite right! Very warm and powerful sound thanks to the vintage Di Marzio Super Distortion humbuckers. Everything is original and in perfect working order. ELMO GP-E Super8 and Standard 8mm projector   The GP series of projectors by ELMO (Japan) was considered to be the "Rolls Royce" of projectors.  And rightly so. The engineering and construction were extremely good, it was a dependable workhorse. The weight of the unit (a whopping 7 kg) tells the tale! Price was in line with the quality. Few could afford an ELMO - often twice or three times the price of other brands.   Well, now you can afford an ELMO!  This particular item is in very good condition. It has been fully refurbished by cleaning, oiling all bearings and dusting away all pollution. The proprietary hard-to-find ELMO power socket has been changed to a standard IEC socket. The 150W light bulb has been replaced by a brand new bulb.  It runs smoothly, from 14 fps to 24 fps (continuous setting). Its brighness is great, with its  f1.4 15-25mm zoom lens and its 150 W halogen light bulb. The halogen bulb will be in its own box, with adequate protection. It comes complete with cover, take-up spool, and power cord.   The projector will be very carefully packed so as to not be damaged during shipment. L'ampoule 150W a été remplacée par une ampoule neuve.  Il fonctionne sans problème, de 14 im/s à 24 im/s (réglage continu). Sa luminosité est très élevée, avec son objectif zoom f1.4 15-25mm et son ampoule halogène de 150 W. La lampe sera dans sa boîte d'origine, dûment protégée. Le projecteur est livré complet avec son couvercle, sa bobine de réception, son cordon d'alimentation et une notice en français. Le projecteur sera emballé très soigneusement afin de ne pas être endommagé pendant l'expédition.

Bonjour à tous, je met en vente ma TR8S car je ne m'en sert pas assez pour justifier de la conserver et autant qu'un musicien en profite. Elle est en parfait état esthétique et fonctionnelle, elle a très peu servie et n'ai jamais sortie de mon studio. C'est vraiment une superbe boîte à rythme complète et très facile d'utilisation. C'est un vrais instrument à part entière, parfait pour jammer et pour le studio, sa qualité sonore est superbe, avec beaucoup de dynamique, de rondeur et de précision Les pistes ne se brouillent pas les unes avec les autres, pas d'effet de bas du spectre boueux, les convertisseurs ne saturent donc pas. Parfaite intégration dans un DAW en usb avec sorties séparés et éditeur Roland gratuit. Attention en revanche elle n'est pas class compliant donc elle ne fonctionnera pas sur IOS ou Androïd (comme quasiment aucun des produits Roland et c'est bien dommage pour une configuration portable et nomade) C'est la raison raison principale de pourquoi ja la vends, car mon daw est la majeure partie du temps sur IOS-Ipad.
