Only buy it if you want to try your hand at making your own custom AKAI S6000 system. Everything was in perfect working condition and then the screen died. As far as I can tell the screen is completely shot - it doesn't even light and of course nothing can be seen on it. There were missing lines on the screen even before it went completely dark. The support mount for the screen connector is broken. You can of course remove it if you want. - The recessed plastic part behind the front detachable LCD panel is a bit yellowish due to age and daylight - Missing black rear lids to cover the slots for the USB and Adat boards (please see pictures). I still have the screws though and will provide them. - Slight scratches on top side of front plate (please see picture) - Screw marks on rack mounting "ears" (please see pictures) - Left clip retaining the front detachable LCD panel has been damaged by first owner but glued back (please see picture). Akai S3000 en très bon état pratiquement comme neuf à part le rétro-éclairage un peu faible mais qui reste utilisable ou facilement remplaçable. Le S3000 est livré avec beaucoup d'options: digital I/0, SCSI, SMPTE, 20MB RAM, disque dur interne 20gb avec librarie de sons. et rack ears. 100% fonctionnel et en très bon état esthétique. Le même son de la MPC 3000 et plus de facilité de editing pour 1/3 du prix !
