This is a 105 – 210 C zoom for Mamiya 645 series medium-format cameras, in excellent condition. The Sekor lenses were noted for their high sharpness and contrast. Tested with film before sale: negative clean, sharp, good contrast. Cosmetics: Very light signs of use. A small black screw retouch mark on an internal metal retaining ring (see front photos) comes from an internal clean some while ago and does not affect performance in any way (tested with film as above). Mechanical & Electonic: Tested before advertising. All functions ‘as good as new’. Zoom and focus rings are smooth, firm, precise. Auto / manual diapraghm action crisp. Optical: Glass clean and clear; no fungus or haze. Few internal dust specs, no effect on optical performance, which is ‘as good as new’. Front filter always fitted. (e.g. I have also used it with a 6x9 view camera.) - 35mm format frames for: 28mm / 35mm / 50mm / 85mm / 135mm - Clear, clean view through rotating finders via ground-glass rectangular framing screen (3:2 format) surrounded by fresnel outer area. Up for sale is a near mint example of the famous Brinkmann Fein Phono Stage. A stunning sounding unit that will accommodate any MM or MC cartridge. Adjustable load at the back, adjustable volume control at front which even enables straight connection to a power amp for an all-analogue purist system - but will easily work and sound equally stunning with line preamps or integrated amps. Amazing transparency and level of detail, with a very slight touch of harmonic warmth and unbelievable dynamics / soundstage. Only selling as part of funding the upgrade to its MUCH more expensive bigger brother Marconi. Complete with external power supply, granite slab and original power cables.
