I have reached 70 and have decided to empty my house of all that I have accumulated over the years  so I am not accepting returns. There will be a number of photo items coming on shortly, from Leicas to 8x10, camers, lenses, film and accessories. This sale is for an Alpa 12 SWA compatible upside down mount plate.  Mounted normally on a tripod the SWA can give only a +ve shift which is fine for correcting perspective in architecture when the photographer is at ground level. If however the photographer is looking down on the subject, to get perspective correction he would need to turn the camera on its head. This device enables the use of -ve shift with the SWA. It is mounted in place of the viewfinder, allowing the body to be mounted upside down on a tripod. It is like the upside down device from Alpa 400.090.14 with a QR plate attached. Very useful. It can also be used with the tripod distancer on the SWA and other Alpa bodies. I will do combined shipping where possible so if you are buying multiple items let me know and I will send an invoice at the end of the auctions.
