This Zeiss Sonnar portrait lens for the Contarex cameras is in acceptable user condition. Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze. There is a very small amount of element separation visible at the edge on the front element, but not enough to cause real-world problems. Focus is reasonably smooth. Iris blades are clean. Includes genuine Zeiss front cap.    Be sure to check out my other sales. To sell, a Leica telephoto lens 135mm Elmarit-R f/2.8. Made in Germany, manuf. date: 1968. This is for the Lecia R mount. The lens is in good used condition. It show signs of normal wear on the painted engraving, it lost it "red dot" (see photos). Mecanically in excellent condition, butter smooth focus ring, no hard points. Aperture ring has well defined clicks and no play. Optically excellent as well. No marks or scratches on the glass. No fungus or haze, the lens was stored properly. Some minimal amount of dust in the lens, without effect on the image quality. It comes with the plastic lens box and it's original paper including matching serial numbers. (See photos).

First I tried the Prime as an Amp/Dac combo (with PSU) and I immediately loved the sound from this demo unit: Enormous Clarity, great detail retrieval from bass to treble, top precision and dynamic sound. The Prime sounds fast and is neutrally tuned but the best solid state kind there is. Maybe it is just slightly forward sounding, but not that much.
