This storied portrait lens made in the eastern Zeiss factory (and thus prohibited from using the Zeiss name for export) is in good condition overall but does have a single spot of debris, probably fungus, on an internal element (visible in the second photo). I would not expect this to have much if any impact on performance since it's near the front of the lens and relatively small. Otherwise, glass is clean and clear, coatings look good. Focus is smooth and even, aperture ring feels right, iris is clean and snappy. Includes front and rear caps. Be sure to check out my other sales. Objectif Sony FE 35mm f/1,8 pour hybrides plein format Sony A7, A7S, A7R...  En excellent état, proche du neuf. The exterior is in very good condition, with a small amount of paint loss which can be seen in the product photos on careful inspection. The glass is in excellent condition, and the interior is very clean with limited dust. The focusing ring turns smoothly and with no play, and the tilt and shift movements are all working perfectly. There is a tiny mark on the front element, which is only visible at certain angles. We have gone to some trouble to ensure it is plainly visible in the product photo of the front of the lens. It is a very light scuff to the anti-reflective coating on this element. We believe this will have zero impact on any photos taken with the lens, but we take a conservative approach to our descriptions! The lens is sold with both caps, the soft pouch, and the original packaging. You're welcome to inspect and collect this item in person in Lyon, or potentially elsewhere by arrangement.
