This is a small quilt suitable for a lasting Christmas memory for your family. It has been well made and has machine construction and hand stitching with gilt embellishments on the tree. The star shaped quilting on the edges is in a gold thread.  The fabric is 100% cotton with synthetic wadding. It is a panel which has additional individual edging. The wadding is low loft and should not be ironed. The backing is a green gingham. The quilt is about 25 years old but has only been out for one month a year to hang on the wall for the festive season. Pretty vintage French tole ware double wall light in bright colours. The back plate is cream in a floral shape. From the back plate come the two curved arms each leading to leaf shaped candle drip holders and the candle drips are cream plastic. The sconce is decorated with stems with bright green leaves and two flowers one in shades of yellow and orange and the other in shades of purple with a yellow centre. Baluch rugs are hand knotted rugs that are woven in the wider area of Baluchistan, which covers the South Eastern Province of Baluchistan of Iran, South west of Afghanistan, and East of Pakistan, near the Borders of the three countries.
