It is in excellent condition and works perfectly with my Hassy V Leaf 22 back. It is accomanied by an Alpa shim kit, 191.030.012, for adjusting the flange-sensor plane distance by as little as 0,01mm. This kit is unused as I haven't had time to do the procedure since acquiring the adapter. I do not have the official Torx driver to remove the screws, but they are standard TO9 heads, and the drivers are readily available. The plastic container is the original and was a bit damaged on one corner. Super-glue fixed that. I do not have the original Alpa cardboard box or doc that the adapter was sold with. As I am selling all my Alpa gear, anyone buying this and my Alpa 12 SWA, also on auction here, will get a 25% discount on the price of this item.
