Vintage French Mid Century copper hexagonal shaped single light hanging ceiling lantern. The lantern has 6 sides in shaped glass which are held in place with the copper framework and the single bulb holder hangs in the centre of the shade. The sides are decorated with a swag detail at the top and bottom. On top of the lantern is a large hoop and the light hangs from a 3 link chain with bar and cup style ceiling rose. This mid century ceiling lantern would suit many room settings adding a touch of French country charm to your home decoration. A vintage solid brass cast door knocker in the form of a sailing galleon ship under sail.  This type of door knocker was very popular from the 1950s onwards as Austerity was ending after the war and people sought to improve their door furniture.  This door knocker is not marked with a manufacturers details but is typical of the period.  This is door knocker which is cast with its own striker plate is a particularly good example as it is well cast from a high grade brass that weighs 364g and is 14.5 cm in height x 11 cm in width   This door knocker is a larger example and is quite simple in that it carries no words such as Mayflower, Golden Hind, Victory, 16th Century Galleon or other inference such as nationality on the sails.  It is simply a door Galleon door knocker.  The Galleon has a smooth nicely polished surface and would ideally suit a period property in a seaside location.    SEE PICTURES see pictures before purchase ************************************  In the shop you will find a variety of items, some new, some used a little and some lovely vintage finds.  Sizing differs from brand to brand and some items have the wrong size label. This very attractive vintage French 8 arm chandelier is in the style of a tied bouquet. From the centre bar comes an array of pretty green leaves. foliage and lily flowers in shades of pink. The 8 arms form part of the tied bouquet feature at the bottom of the chandelier and are scrolled leading to pink flower shaped candle drip holders. The candle drips are beige hard plastic and are in keeping with the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a 1 link chain bar and flower style ceiling rose. This wonderful chandelier is very attractive with lots of detail and would add a touch of French country style to your home decor. Lush Vintage Heirloom Luxury Queen King Williamsburg Crown Matelasse Bedspread. Condition is "Pre-owned". This is absolutely outstanding,in quality and design! This spread was purchased at a Mansion here in Western N.Y. on the lake. The spread was used in a State room, where there was a king size bed and the room made me say WOW! This room was designed all around this spread, using Damask linens and curtains. I can not say for sure but I would guess that this spread saw very little to none use as it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Please view my pictures this has a gorgeous Heirloom Design in white with a beige ground, very elegant and the best 3 tiered lush fringe. French vintage cage style ceiling light in cream and red with leaf  decoration.The light is made up in a round cage formation with scrolled detail to the top of the cage. It is decorated with leaves which have been painted red. The bulb holder hangs in the centre of the cage and is covered with a leaf decoration. This is vintage 1983 Star Wars Return of The Jedi Sheets from The Bibb Company. The have a few small tears in the plastic, but the sheets themself are unused, unopened. The last 3 pictures highlight where the plastic has been ripped, with the seam being the most noticeable. My late Grandmother (rest her soul), was a bit of a packrat to say the least. While everything was clean and organized, she had more stuff than we could keep. These sheets were in a tote with several other unopened pairs of sheets from Sears. The sheets include a fitted twin sheet, a flat twin sheet, and a reversible pillowcase. It goes without saying, this is basically a 1 of a kind item at this point. I have searched and searched, and I can't find anywhere else on the internet these sheets unopened!
