SUPERBE et Rare !  VOIGTLANDER  BESSA 66 PRONTOR - S  film 6x9  Objectif Vaskar 1: 4.5 / 75 focale: 4,5 / 5,6 / 8 / 11 / 16   Appareil photo à soufflet fabriqué de 1939 à 1950 à Braunschweig en Allemagne par Voigtlander  & Sohn AG   Le Bessa 66 est apparu en 1938 dans sa version Deluxe et en 1939 dans sa version ordinaire.  Il utilise un film bobine 120. Bien construit avec un boitier et un panneau avant en métal, s'ouvrant automatiquement à la simple pression d'un bouton sous le boitier. L'ensemble objectif-obturateur est porté par le panneau avant et est relié au boitier par soufflet. Les marques Voigtlander et Bessa 66 sont gravées en relief sur le dos de l'appareil, il y un V en relief sur un cartouche au centre du panneau avant. En appuyant sur le bouton sous le boitier, le panneau avant s'ouvre. Il faut verrouiller celui-ci manuellement par pression sur les articulations du soufflet. Le film de format 120 prend 12 poses dans le format de 6X6 centimètres. L'obturateur s'arme manuellement par un levier monté sur la bague d'objectif et est déclenché au moyen du levier situé sur le panneau avant. L'objectif comprend un temporisateur activé par un levier repéré en rouge. Il dispose aussi d'une prise pour un déclencheur souple (non fourni). La chambre s'ouvre à 180° au dos par une porte disposant d'une fenêtre rouge pour lire le numéro de la pose lors de l'avance du film. Pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre, il faut d'abord faire pivoter de 90° le levier de sécurité sous l'appareil puis appuyer sur les deux boutons à ressorts en bas et haut du bord de porte. Le levier de verrouillage de la porte comprend une prise de trépied à visser (non fourni). Sur le dessus du boitier se trouvent le bouton d'avancement du film et un viseur pliant. Je l'ai  utilisé jusqu'au milieu des années 70. Il n'a pas servi depuis et a été rangé dans une armoire. Il est vendu en l'état et sans garantie, comme un objet du passé pour collectionneur. Voigtlander Bessa 66 medium format film camera Heliar 75/3.5. This is a medium format film camera (6x6) This is a prewar folding camera, all manual. The shutter seems to work fine at all speeds. (1s seems to be ok) Compur Rapid shutter: T,B,1,2,5,10,25,50,100,250,500 Focusing ring is smooth (front lens) Aperture ring is smooth Below looks to be light tight (at least in total darkness with a flash light in the back of the below there is no visible light leaks) It has few dings here and there, remember, this is a pre war camera, it is old. There is a ding on the viewfinder, with a very small crack on the glass. Nothing to be afraid of. It does not block the view. The advance mechanism and counter looks to be functionnal, but I have not tested it with a film. The is an inner roller that detect the films and depending of the number of rotation stops on each frame (from1 to 12) There are some manual available online that explain how it works. It uses 120 roll film. It is a very compact camera for a medium format
