Nikon AF Nikkor ED 300mm f4 autofocus prime lens, with front and rear caps. In good condition and in full working order, though the focus can be noisy (details below). Externally this lens is in very nice condition, with only light signs of use. The glass is also good, it's clean, clear and free of haze and fungus. There is one tiny mark on the front element, which doesn't affect image quality, and it's otherwise unmarked. As with any used lens, there are a few specks of internal dust. The aperture blades are excellent, they're clean and free of oil, the aperture ring clicks well through the stops and the iris is snappy. The AF servo motor can be noisy - sometimes the screw-drive gear makes a high-pitched noise when refocusing between near and far subjects (or vice versa). This is apparently a common problem on this lens, but it shouldn't affect performance. The autofocus is accurate, but the noise could be disturbing if, for example, you're photographing wildlife. In manual focus the gear will make a similar high-pitched noise if you focus quickly. For normal fine focusing it doesn't make this noise, you have to move the barrel quite quickly to provoke it. In any case, I have set a lower price to reflect the issue. The removable filter holder works well and the included Nikon L37c is in good condition, with minor signs of use. Probably just another passing fad I assumed yet it is clear that there are many who love these diminutive boxes.  So as a brief background I recently had a pair of Combak Bravo standmount speakers and was searching for an amplifier to pair with them. A £6k speaker surely deserves an amplifier with a similar price tag? Well in my initial search I decided, just for fun to try a £60 Muse Mini-T with the Combak’s. The results were surprisingly impressive yet my head kept saying  ‘This makes no sense’. I’m not saying that this was the ultimate combo but the Muse was doing an amazing job considering especially with its reproduction of vocals. It was around that time that I started reading about the new Amptastic Mini-1 so I contacted the company to see if I could have one for review. Chris at Amptastic was happy to oblige but due to the initial demand by the time my review sample arrived I had moved the Bravos on. Anyway other speakers are available as they say. So the Mini-1 is rated up to 20W per channel and based on the familiar TA2020 chipset. On the front we have a push button on/off switch which has a tiny blue LED alongside to indicate power  plus a volume knob. I particularly like how clean and attractive the front panel with no unsightly logo on display. The rear consists of a single pair if RCA analogue inputs and some nice quality speaker connectors along with a power input for use with the supplied 12V power supply. For most of my listening I used the variable outputs of a QUAD 99CDP. This gave me full control of the volume via its remote and also access to streaming via the Quad’s digital inputs. To give me some sort of reference I initially listened to the Muse amp with the Quad through my 87db Gershman Avant Gardes. To be honest I didn’t think either amp would be able to drive the Gershmans to any sort of decent level. I was wrong. The Muse did a fair job but KD Lang’s  ‘If I Were You’ from the ‘All You Can Eat’ album sounded a bit messy. The bass was ill defined and lightweight. A few tracks more showed more of the same.  So switching to the Mini-1 and straight away the bass was far better defined and more in balance with the rest of the track. The music had an altogether more cohesive feel. In fact what struck me throughout all my listening is just how balanced it was. The highs and mids are refined enough to give the impression that you are listening to something with a higher price ticket and the bass was surprisingly good for an amplifier of this type. I also tried the Mini-1 with my 90db sensitivity Heco Celan 300 stand mount speakers. Again the results were impressive with the Mini-1 providing more than enough power to run at decent volume levels. As well as running the Mini-1 as a simple integrated it can be configured for use as a power amplifier. This is done by removing the front volume knob and rear bolts in order to slide the main board out of its case and change a couple of jumper settings. While you have the board out you can also disable the front panel blue LED if you wish. Clear instructions are included in the user ‘manual’ or should I say ‘sheet’ and although I did not attempt this it looks a simple enough operation. The Mini-1 (or any amplifier of this type) will not be for everyone, the single input alone will count many out also possibly the lack of remote control but looking at the Mini-1 purely on its sonic virtues and price tag this might be one of the best ways to invest your £99 out there. There are one 4-positions selector on the front to select wah envelope, and three knobs on the left side, presumably for tone, gain and whatever else. There are two 2-states switches: the pedal switch commutes between wah wah and volume control. The auxiliary switch commutes the fuzz effect. There is also an extra switch on the side (see photos) but I cannot figure out what it is used for. All the components, buttons, switchs, gear, board are all original, to the screws. Bien que cet appareil soit conçu pour être utilisé principalement avec la guitare, il dispose également d'une entrée micro jack asymétrique, que je ne recommanderais pas pour un travail d'enregistrement sérieux. Cependant, elle est utile pour les sessions de busking dans les rues avec un digeridoo (ou autre) et vous pouvez même utiliser les entrées micro et instrument en même temps si nécessaire. Two further footswitches (one of which can be a dual up/down pedal) can be connected via rear-panel jacks to control Phrase Shift, which I'll talk about a little later, and Reverse, which does just what it says — plays the recorded loop backwards. Although this unit is designed for use mainly with guitar, there's also an unbalanced jack mic input, though I wouldn't recommend this for serious recording work. However, it is useful for those high-street busking sessions with a digeridoo (or whatever) and you can even use the mic and instrument inputs at the same time if need be. The output of the unit is strictly mono and power can come from an optional PSU or from six AA batteries. Digital units like this tend to be fairly hungry on batteries, so the mains adaptor is a good idea — unless you're busking in the high street using a battery amplifier! Working with loops can be a problem, because if you get an overdub wrong, you generally have to go back to square one. However, that's no problem here, as there's a very welcome Undo/Redo button. To help timing, there's also a useful metronome and a facility for having the loop recording end precisely on a beat rather than exactly where you hit the pedal. This is really helpful in creating tight-sounding loops. Once a loop has been recorded, its tempo can be changed without altering its pitch, though as with most time/pitch manipulation there's only so far you can go before the processing artefacts start to show. Other live performance niceties include the ability to store multiple Phrases, then decide whether each should play back as a 'one shot' performance or loop continuously. Because this pedal can store multiple Phrases, and store them after power down, you could load up a few backing tracks into it (from CD, your computer or any other suitable audio source) ready to perform. There's no way to back up loops other than to record the audio output, though, and from my own perspective the ability to dump and load audio files via USB would have made a lot of sense. Caméra Pathé Super 16 + objectif Berthiot Cinor 10mm f1.8 + poignée de déclenchement Pathé d'origine Film Super 16 Monture C-Mount FR Caméra en bon état pour son âge, hormis quelques rayures sur les plaques décoratives. Elle est mécaniquement en très bon état, le défilement de la pellicule est très fluide, tous les boutons fonctionnent. L'objectif Berthiot 10mm est aussi en bon état, la mise au point et le diaphragme fonctionnent et ne sont pas bloqués. En revanche il y a un petit choc sur la lentille frontale, mais cela ne se voit pas sur l'image filmée. Pas besoin de révision mécanique mais peut être un petit nettoyage de la visée, car le viseur paraît un peu embrumé. Il y a une pellicule à l'intérieur ! Il est possible de mettre deux objectifs en plus sur la tourelle, à la place des deux bouchons d'origine.  Je la revends en l'état, un an après l'avoir acheté au fils de son ancien propriétaire. Elle a été conservé à l'abri de la lumière, de la poussière et de l'humidité. Je voulais apprendre à m'en servir, mais je vais finalement resté focalisé sur ma caméra numérique.  EN Camera in good condition for its age, but a few marks on the decorative plate. It is mechanically fully operative, the film scroll perfectly and all the buttons are working. The lens Berthiot 10mm is also pretty good, except for a small hit in the front glass, but it doesn't affect the picture. The aperture and focus rings are working. There is also a super 16 film inside ! No need to repair the camera is working, maybe the aim system can be cleaned because it can look a bit blurry inside. You can also screw two more lenses in the turret instead of the two original caps.  I sell it as it is, one year after buy it to an old man's son. I kept it in good conditions, far from dust, moisture and light. I wanted to learn to use it, but finally I will continue to focus myself on my digital camera.

Very good condition. Very rare and convenient mixer. The crossfader works as it should. But, when it is in the far left or right position, and if you touch the knob, you can hear the sound. Not a big deal because it cuts the sound properly. I reply to messages within a few hours at the most.
