Si l'expiration du délai arrive à terme un samedi, dimanche ou jour férié le délai est prorogé jusqu'au premier jour ouvrable suivant à minuit. En cas d'exercice du droit de rétractation dans le délai susvisé, seul le prix du ou des produits achetés et les frais d'envoi standard seront remboursés; les frais de retour resteront à la charge du Client. Le Client sera immédiatement informé par le Vendeur de la bonne réception de sa volonté de se rétracter. L e message envoyé au Client précisera les conséquences découlant de la rétractation à savoir, le retour du produit commandé par colis suivi dans son emballage d'origine et que le Client sera remboursé du prix du produit retourné.  Un bon de retour sur lequel sera inscrit l'adresse de retour, sera adressé au Client dès réception de la décision d'exercer son droit de rétractation. Le Client devra apposer son bon de retour de manière visible sur son colis et renvoyer ledit colis à l'adresse indiquée sur le bon de retour. Tout colis non identifié par le service après-vente du Vendeur ou non réceptionné à l'adresse susmentionnée sera systématiquement refusé. Lors du retour, il est recommandé de sur-emballer les emballages d'origine des produits à retourner. Le Vendeur ne reprendra que les produits renvoyés dans leur intégralité (emballages, câbles, accessoires, manuels, housses, caches, protections, etc...), avec leur emballage d'origine, l'ensemble devant être intact et en bon état permettant leur commercialisation.  Si le produit retourné par le Client arrive sans emballage et endommagé auprès du service après-vente du Vendeur, le Vendeur appliquera une décote sur le produit retourné. Le remboursement suppose que le Client n'a pas endommagé le produit, ou que celui-ci ne l'a pas renvoyé incomplet. Le Client est libre de choisir le mode d'envoi de son produit et de souscrire ou non une assurance en cas de perte, de vol, de spoliation ou de destruction de son colis. Le Vendeur ne prendra pas en charge ni les frais ni le coût du transport et ne saurait être tenu pour responsable de la non réception du colis du Client. De manière générale, tous les frais et risques liés au retour du produit sont à la charge de l'expéditeur. Le remboursement par le Vendeur sera différé jusqu'à la récupération des biens.
