Unworking DELL XPS M1330. The laptop gives no sign of life when the power button is pressed, no noises, no lights, nothing. The power brick LED light doesn't light up either when plugged in. However, the palmrest (the part of the case which covers the motherboard, etc and sits just in front of the keyboard) vibrates slightly when plugged in, indicating some kind of power is getting through. So, it could be a power issue, could be that the motherboard got damaged in transit (I recently had a big move), I don't know. I removed the hard drive so there is none that comes with it. The screws and little plastic piece you see in the picture are for mounting the hard drive. Before it stopped working completely, the optical drive and the SD card reader stopped working (this was many years before the current problem). Presumably the RAM still works if nothing else (2 GBs DDR2 SDRAM). Power plug is British type G. DELL XPS M1330 qui fonctionnent pas. Il donne pas de signe de vie quand on pousse le bouton de pouvoir, pas de bruits, pas de lumière, rien. La lumière LED de l'adapteur ne s'allume pas non plus quand c'est branché. Pourtant, le reste-paume (la partie du revêtement qui couvre la carte mère, etc et se trouve juste devant le clavier) vibre un petit peu quand c'est branché, qui indique que au moins quelque sorte de pouvoir y arrive. Alors, ça peut être un problème de pouvoir ou peut-être la carte mère s'est endommagé en transit (J'ai déménagé récemment), je sais pas. J'ai enlevé le disque dur alors ça vient pas avec. Les vis et la petite pièce en plastique que se voient dans les photos est pour installer le disque dur. Avant qu'il a arrêté de fonctionner complètement, le lecteur optique et le lecteur de carte SD a arrêté de fonctionner (plusieurs années avant le problème actuel). Je présume que le RAM fonctionne toujours si rien d'autre (2 Go DDR2 SDRAM). La prise électrique est du type Britannique, type G.
