ELMO GP-E Super8 and Standard 8mm projector   The GP series of projectors by ELMO (Japan) was considered to be the "Rolls Royce" of projectors.  And rightly so. The engineering and construction were extremely good, it was a dependable workhorse. The weight of the unit (a whopping 7 kg) tells the tale! Price was in line with the quality. Few could afford an ELMO - often twice or three times the price of other brands.   Well, now you can afford an ELMO!  This particular item is in very good condition. It has been fully refurbished by cleaning, oiling all bearings and dusting away all pollution. The proprietary hard-to-find ELMO power socket has been changed to a standard IEC socket. The 150W light bulb has been replaced by a brand new bulb.  It runs smoothly, from 14 fps to 24 fps (continuous setting). Its brighness is great, with its  f1.4 15-25mm zoom lens and its 150 W halogen light bulb. The halogen bulb will be in its own box, with adequate protection. It comes complete with cover, take-up spool, and power cord.   The projector will be very carefully packed so as to not be damaged during shipment. Il a été entièrement remis à neuf par nettoyage, huilage de tous les roulements et axes, et par dépoussiérage complet. La prise de courant propriétaire ELMO, difficile à trouver, a été remplacée par une prise IEC standard. L'ampoule 150W a été remplacée par une ampoule neuve.  Il fonctionne sans problème, de 14 im/s à 24 im/s (réglage continu). Sa luminosité est très élevée, avec son objectif zoom f1.4 15-25mm et son ampoule halogène de 150 W. La lampe sera dans sa boîte d'origine, dûment protégée. Le projecteur est livré complet avec son couvercle, sa bobine de réception, son cordon d'alimentation et une notice en français.
