This is a versatile french panel curtain designed to be cut to fit your window size by following the pattern. They can also be cut to make tiered cafe curtains or a curtain with matching pelmet. There are eyelet holes at the top for hanging on curtain wire or narrow pole. This is a lovely French Tab Top Single Curtain Panel perfect for a little girls bedroom.  Pink curtains decorated with felt butterfly's, flowers, sequins and ribbons. These vintage French Net  Café Curtains consist of two pairs, each curtain measuring 56 cms wide.  One pair are 59 cms long and the other pair 31 cms long. They are designed to be hung across windows from rods or wires through the eyelets at the top. They have a blue tulip motif and have scalloped edges. In good condition, see photos.

These vintage French net curtains show a country village scene of people making their way through flower gardens, over a river and towards houses on the hill, with trees, clouds and mountains in the background.   The main colour is white, with features highlighted in pastel red and green shades.  They can be hung from a pole or rail through the eyelets at the top. They are in unused condition, intended to be cut up the centre to make a pair of curtains, but still uncut apart fom a small length at the bottom. See photos and zoom in to see details. The total width is 90cms but when divided will make two x 45 cm curtains.  The length is 118 cms, including the fringe. In excellent condition. From Normandy, France.

A lovely pair of French Vintage Curtain Tie Backs, Thick Rope Curtain Passementerie Ties Pretty vintage rope style curtain tie backs in shades of green. There are a mix of colours including stripes also. They are quite large and could hold full and heavy curtains. They will add an elegance to any window dressing. In good vintage condition, with some signs of age. There is the odd little loose thread that is hard to see but really they are in good clean condition. They have a loop to attach to your wall hook.   This gorgeous pair of curtains in traditional Toile de Jouy is named " Pastorale" Boussac Romanex in medium to lightweight pure cotton, they are hand finished & would look great in any room and are in excellent condition with rufflette heading, freshly laundered & ready to hang.  Complete with 18 metal hooks & two tie backs that have a pink satin ribbon trim, which could be changed to match their new owner's decor. Unlined Literally translating to "Cloth from Jouy" (a little town near Versailles), this famous, pretty printed fabric is an important part of French history and savoir-faire. Along with idyllic, romantic landscape scenes, toile patterns were also used to tell a story. Some referenced tales of European mythology and others mirrored major events of the time. For the printing process, vignettes were originally carved on woodblocks, and after 1770, engraved on copper plates. MEASUREMENTS of each curtain    Length  2.7 meters = 106 ins with a 6 ins hem. A spectacular and rare antique French hand made quilted bed cover, or piqué de cotton. A large, heavy and warm cover with a thick natural batting (see photo of hole on blue side, the batting is peeping through). The red floral side is in good condition, just a slight difference in the ground, varying from white to cream, 2 tiny "snags". The small blue floral side has a hole which could easily be patched, some areas which are beginning to wear and faint yellow marks, see photos. Have gently washed and sun-dried, the colours did not run and the holes did not expand. Another quilt from the chateau attic brimming with quilts, curtains, fabric, monogrammed linen... 2320g I personally wash and iron all of the linen for sale at Frenchaffaires, it's the best way to closely examine every piece.
