Foca HR7 Macro MX teleconverter, Minolta MD/SR mount, with front and rear caps. This is compatible with Minolta MD 35mm manual focus film SLRs, it is not compatible with any Minolta autofocus cameras (A-mount). The glass is also excellent, it's clean, clear and unscratched, with no haze or fungus. There may be one or two minute internal specks of dust. The focusing mechanism works smoothly.
