Often rumored but rarely seen, Mint should never be used as a grade unless more than one person agrees that the record or sleeve truly is in this condition. *Note: I almost never use MINT grade, I think it should only be used for perfect new sealed records or perfect "still in shrink" records. I could occasionally add an additional conservative grade of [NM+] to this guide to describe perfect records, even if not new sealed or not "still in shrink".
