The Cara preamplifier is prefect for audiophiles looking for a quiet, fast pre-amplifier with multiple inputs and 4 channel outputs. High attenuation capability allows the handling of high output devices like DAC and low output devices phono pre-amplifiers with moving coil cartridge. A low noise floor helps provide great music insight and better presentation. The Cara Pre-amplifier has dual outputs with independent relative volume setting, 4 inputs to select from, an analog volume control that goes from -99db to +15db in 0.5 db steps with a 10V operating headroom with a very low noise floor. Suite à une réparation précédente, de nombreux fils avaient été coupés et raccordés n'importe comment. J'ai inséré une réglette électronique et refait totalement les branchement (photo de l'intérieur). L'interrupteur "Power" a été changé. Toutes les lumières et ampoules fonctionnent. Très bonne réception du tuner (pour preuve, sur la dernière photo j'ai connecté un simple fil électrique, voyez le signal de puissance de réception !). Fonctionnement parfait sur toutes les entrées de la partie amplificateur (2 platines K7 -RCA ou DIN pour tape 1-, 1 phono, 1 auxiliaire). Possibilité de brancher deux paires d'enceintes. Protection des enceintes par fusibles externes. Un très bel ampli/tuner de 2 X 55 watts sous 8 ohms qui respire la qualité. Dimensions 450 x 325 x 150 mm pour un poids de près de 12 Kg.
