This curiosity is a full medical Nikkor kit for extreme macro photography (up to 3X magnification). It includes: - the Medical Nikkor C 200 mm f/5.6 lens with integrated ring flash and modeling lights, including original front and rear caps, power plug cap - 6 Nikon accessory lenses for controlling magnification - Nikon LA-1 AC universal power unit to drive lens strobe and lights, including cable to connect to lens - PC sync cable - Nikon Safety Cover to put on the camera's hot shoe, preventing shock when using this setup - Medical Nikkor case (moderate wear) I hooked up the power supply (EU plug adapter included) and tested the strobe and pilot lights: everything works. Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze, no marks. Accessory lenses are in very good condition. My guess is this thing saw saw relatively little service after its initial purchase.
