Amplifier HF 1200 W 8 X MRF151 With Heatsink for HAM Radio Bands. The pallet has a massive copper plate of 5 mm. It is fixed to the aluminum heatsink of 3 kg. Super robust construction. The pallet requires a 50 Vdc 38 A power supply. The enable input accepts from 5 to 24 Vdc, 300 mA. The pallet has 8 trimmer for biasing adjust. Each mosfet has its current measurement output. On the PCB the current values table is clearly marched on the components side. The bias has been already set, so the amplifier is ready for use. The amplifier is tested and requires a drive power of 20 W max. Just the copper plate and the heatsink has a very good value.
