While the first - voltage gain - stage is based on an integrated circuit of the highest audio pedigree, the second - power gain - stage is a single-ended, pure Class-A amplifier. It enables the CanAmp to drive virtually any headphones from 8 ohms up to 600 ohms. As its output power (at 8 ohm) is nearly 1W, the CanAmp could drive even a high-sensitivity loudspeaker! The unit has no internal wiring, and the signal path is kept to a minimum on its PCB. Its high-quality, 1 dB-tolerance Blue Alps volume pot goes through a further selection process during manufacturing to achieve an even tighter, 0.5 dB tolerance. The CanAmp not only has a line-level input but offers a line-level output to boot; it can therefore be connected to the TAPE MONITOR output of an amplifier, leaving the TAPE output free for additional components (MP3, MiniDisc, CDR, etc.). Gold-plated RCA terminals are used, and soldered directly onto the fibreglass PCB. Measured performance is excellent, the bandwidth going far beyond the audio range in both bass and treble, with low distortion into any normal headphone impedance and plentiful output. Output level isn’t everything and the Heed will in any case drive even harder, but this amp impressed not least on account of its large audio scale. Indeed, even with quite modest volume-control settings the soun just seemed big and generous, tonally, dynamically and even spatially. Once again, there’s a lot of detail, but the dominant impression is of size. Funnily enough, this was perhaps more pronounced with some unaccompanied solo vocals than with orchestra or mega-rock, but that just serves to remind one that the human voice can indeed be a very big instrument. Perhaps if you like your music a bit on the polite side this may seem a touch excessive, but we freely confess that we just loved it. Tonality is great too. Very wide soundstage. Open airy 3D sound. The soundtage seems to stretch way beyond the headphones with an airy feel each instrument separated in its own space. Imaging is well defined and the midrange and treble are at a level that makes listening for long periods very non-fatiguing. The Op-amp can be swapped for other types to give a different sound balance if preferred such as the AD823AN (more pronounced high end) or LM4562NA (more forward sound with better bass control). I'm selling this MATRIX X-SABRE PRO MQA DAC, one of the best sounding dacs I have ever owned, and i have owned quite a few in my lifetime !  It is in perfect condition, just as new (i take very good care of my audio gear), and comes with a usb cable and a power cord. It also comes with a remote control. I'm selling it with regret, but i am going to upgrade for a much more expensive dac/streamer. For sale iBasso DX90J (Japan Edition) portable audio player, very well taken care of and in excellent condition. This is a great player that has developed quite a fan base given its quality, size, usability and versatility. In its Japanese incarnation (DX90J), it is supposed to have undergone additional tweaks and presumably it sounds a tad better than the international version (DX90). However, both DX90 and DX90J deliver rather modest performance with IEMs/low impedance headphones in their original form. Therefore in order to unlock the full potential and achieve superlative performance under any conditions, the player has been extensively modified. Tested with professional dScope audio analyzer, the modded player measures -101.3dB (0.0006%) total harmonic distortions under a 16ohm load at a 500mVrms/16mW output (compared to -58.5dB / 0.1189% before modding)! This is pretty much professional audio territory performance from a portable device, measured under real use conditions. Note that as a result of the modifications, power consumption increased by approximately 10-15%. Bonjour, Sony dtc-690 en bon état général. Quelques traces et rayures, mais rien de grave (regarder les photos). En fonctionnement, tout marche très bien bien en lecture, avance rapide, ouverture et fermeture de la porte, mais le retour rapide ne marche pas très bien, ça démarre bien mais le vitesse diminue jusqu'à ce que ça s'arrête. Donc à réviser. Avec sa télécommande d'origine qui marche très bien. Ne possède pas ses 4 pieds car elle fesait partie d'un rack. (regarder la photo). Merci et bon achat. Hi. Sony dtc-690 in very good shape but with one problem that I'll explain. In very good shape with some minor and not so minor scratches(see photos). But does not have its 4 legs because it was part of a rack. Works very well playing tapes, but the fast rewind fonction has a problem I couldn't fix with my limited experience. Once you push the fast rewind button, the tape starts going backwards but the speed decreases until it stops. So there's that. Otherwise it works as it's supposed to. PENTAX 645Z Moyen Format - Excellent état - première main. Je me sépare à regret de mon Pentax 645z car l’arthrose quej’ai dans les poignets m’oblige à m’orienter vers des appareils photos ultra légers… A l’exception du Leica S3 je trouve qu’il s’agit du meilleurreflex numérique moyen format jamais construit, par la finesse et le rendu deson capteur, son viseur XXL, et sa simplicité d’utilisation. De mon point devue il est encore largement compétitif en studio comme en extérieur face au derniersmoyens format hybrides FUJI qui à mon gout font un peu trop pléthore de pixels.Un moyen format permet justement aux pixels de « respirer » alorspourquoi vouloir toujours en rajouter encore et encore ? Je vais aussiregretter la gamme d’objectifs stabilisés ou non qui vont avec et que je vendsaussi de par ailleurs. (Zoom 28-45mm, 90mm macro, 80- 160mm) Sans compter lesobjectifs de la gamme Pentax 67 que l’on peut installer avec un adaptateur. Mais en fait, j'ai décidé que je n'ai pas besoin un grand angle et je vais continuer de utiliser le 32-64mm. Presque neuf, je l'ai utiliser juste 3 fois, je l'ai achète à Photospecialist en mois d'août 2020. Car c'est trop tard de retourner, j'espère que il y a quelqu'un qui peut profiter. Pas de rayures, etc. C'était protéger avec un filtre.
