KORG NS5R tone module - AI2 Synthesis High-end Sound Module Expander Fully General MIDI compliant (and with XG standard thanks to the DB51XG - DB50XG - optional daughterboard ready to be added, not included in this sale) Rare device these days in Europe ! This is very similar to the Roland Sound Canvas SC-55/88 tone generator but with another "color" of sounds. Great sounds. All owners of this vintage module loved it ! Sounds really great. Perfect for MIDI composing and old MS-DOS games (retro gaming). Provided with its power supply cord (230V / Europe). Note: the red color of the LCD display prevents to do some nice and clear pictures of the display with my smartphone camera. In real life this display is perfectly clear and readable ! Very good cosmetic condition, with little sign of normal use on cover. See pictures for details. The last picture shows the CANYON.MID MIDI file player playing a very nice and famous General MIDI soundtrack on the Korg device ! Another picture shows the "Apogee Software Wacky Wheels game" that has a fantastic GM soundtrack as well, that plays beautifully on the Korg ! Sound Module Expander In very good cosmetic condition, with a lovely yellow and green display ! The optional DB51XG daughterboard is not present inside, but can be added at any time (the standoffs, screws and bolts are all in place inside the device). Fully General MIDI compliant.
