Toute demande de retour doit être effectuée dans les délais impartis à l'annonce, généralement de quinze jours après la réception. Les frais engendré reste à la charge du client, et son remboursés par nos soins dans le cas d'une erreur avérée de notre part.  PS:  tout les produits portent des références constructeur qui nous permettent les identifier. Ils portent également des étiquettes de garantie, et dans le cadre d'un retour elles ne devront pas avoir été modifiées, sectionnées,  ce qui nous permettra de traiter rapidement votre  dossier. Les produits retournés dont les étiquettes auront été modifié ne seront pas pris en charge et un litige en découlera systématiquement. Les  frais de livraison sont un service que vous réglez au prestataire:  la poste, ou Mondial Relay (sommes uniquement intermédiaire pour la livraison) et ne sont jamais remboursés à partir du moment ou la réception n'est pas remise en compte.  Aucun retour ne sera accepté  du fait d'incompatibilité de produit, ou d'erreur de commande, car merci de prendre en compte que du temps et des frais sont engagés dans chaque vente.  Merci de votre compréhension.
