I thought there was a slight stickiness with the shifting mechanism, so I sent it back to Nikon France for fixing, and it came back with a clean bill of health and a 6-month warranty (beginning December 10, 2020). It has been entirely taken apart, cleaned and put back together, tried and tested by Nikon. Invoice supplied upon request. It is now mechanically perfect. Leica M Summicron 50mm F/2 Version II Rigid This lens is 58 years old, it was made in 1962 !  I used it mainly on Leica M3 and Leica M9 Monochrom. It is a very interesting lens: sharp, medium range contrast and excellent bokeh. It works really well on black and white film and monochrome cameras, giving a vintage but clean look. I try to describe the lens as well as i can: This specimen is in great cosmetic condition and fully functional but it is not perfect: if looking very closely and carefully: - light signs of use can be seen on the barrel, - a micro bubble or micro dust (very common on these lenses) can be seen inside the lens if looking very closely, - if aiming the lens at certain angle under certain light (very difficult to show on a picture) micro scratches (cleaning marks) are also barely visible in the front element if aiming the lens. These are so thin, i didn't see them until recently os it's very difficult to show on a picture. Of course nothing impacts image quality There are very light signs of normal use, the lens is actually beautiful for its age, in better condition than most alternatives visible on even when asking for more money. No major scratch, no fungus, no haze, no separation, blades move freely, focussing is smooth The lens is sold with a generic third part front cap and the classic dedicated bubble case

Angenieux Z4 75mm f 3.5 Mount seems to be a 29 mm thread. Probably nothing standard. When I got it it was used as an enlarger lens.But never adapted it, so cannot comment on quality. Glass looks great. No haze, or fungus. Under close inspection with strong light, we can see 2 marks on the rear lens that look like coating marks or rubbing marks. On the front, there is a tiny scratch on the periphery. 0.2 mm wide and 1.5 mm long. Not visible without flashlight Faint dust. Aperture is dry. Funny discovery: actually the glass looks like polycarbonate not real glass. (just like the Angenieux G10) But I may be mistaken. This classic Mamiya interchangeable lens TLR looks very well-used, but it appears to be fully functional and is sold as working. Here is what I can tell you: - The shutter in the 80 mm lens fires on all speeds, sounds good. - Glass is in acceptable condition, with cleaning marks and micro-scratches that should not impact real-world performance. No haze, no fungus. - Focus gearing is smooth. - Bellows look OK. - The chimney viewfinder is damaged at one corner (see photos) but still attaches securely to the body. When flipping from 6x to 3.5x, the magnifier sometimes sticks and blocks the top 5% of the view -- jiggling the knob will allow it to settle back completely. This storied portrait lens made in the eastern Zeiss factory (and thus prohibited from using the Zeiss name for export) is in good condition overall but does have a single spot of debris, probably fungus, on an internal element (visible in the second photo). I would not expect this to have much if any impact on performance since it's near the front of the lens and relatively small. Otherwise, glass is clean and clear, coatings look good.
