Your Portal to Completion Every Future Press guide is designed to maximise the gaming experience--regardless of the player's skill. In the case of  Portal 2, this is a difficult task: only those who can solve the test chambers will get to feel that true sense of accomplishment. If players look up the solution in a book or even watch it as a movie on YouTube, then they'll bypass this feeling completely. This is why our  Portal 2  guide follows a new concept: the solution will only give away as much as the player wants to know, no less, and no more. Thanks to a multi-layered walkthrough consisting of different levels of information, the official  Portal 2  guide lets players decide for themselves how much help they receive. From just a small hint right up to a complete solution--everything is there. This guarantees a maximised gaming experience, just as you would expect from a Future Press guide. In addition the guide also offers lots of extras, including a huge on-location interview with the game's producers, a whole chapter devoted to previously unpublished concept drawings and artwork from  Portal  and  Portal 2, as well as a comprehensive section on Trophies/Achievements, for all of those who wish to fully master the game. Multilevel walkthrough |  Offers expert guidance while avoiding unnecessary spoilers--allowing mastery of the game without ruining the experience. Extended co-op coverage |  Comprehensive walkthrough for the co-op game, including shortcuts and alternate solutions, with contributions from the current world record holder for the fastest run through  Portal. Simplified isometric maps |  Each test chamber is presented in a uniquely created 3D illustration which deliberately shows as little detail as possible, but also as much as is necessary. This means that players can easily and quickly understand the solution and avoid the confusion of overloaded screenshot maps. The Art of Portal |  Stunning computer graphics, early concept drawings and wonderful illustrations show  Portal  and  Portal 2  in breathtaking style and beauty. Artwork that has been made public exclusively and for the very first time in the official guide. An audience with Valve |  An in-depth interview with the key figures from the development team of  Portal  and  Portal 2. More than 20 pages filled with background information and also about the making of the two games. Trophies/Achievements |  For the complete gaming experience; a detailed step-by-step guide to unlocking all 50 Trophies/Achievements. Although many of them are very challenging, having a complete collection doesn't have to be the sole privilege of advanced players. Exclusive strategy videos |  Access to countless game videos which perfectly show the guide's pro techniques and strategies for every chamber. Exclusive to the Collector's Edition Guide Additional content  |  An expanded 'The Art of Portal' with additional render images - for real fans. Hardcover Binding  |  So it will last forever. A cover illustration created for true Portal fans as well as a fine back cover with a removable info sheet for that pristine look. Two bookmarks  |  Each bot--Blue and Orange--possesses its own ribbon bookmark (colored...you might have guessed...blue and orange). So that you can keep track of both sections, the single player and the co-op game.

33 Tours LP   BLACK SHEEP NON-FICTION  MERCURY 314 522 685-1  2 LP USA Year: 1994 Hip Hop Cover: NM Record: NM See photos. My grading criteria are based on the Goldmine® Grading Guide: MINT (M)* These are absolutely perfect in every way. Often rumored but rarely seen, Mint should never be used as a grade unless more than one person agrees that the record or sleeve truly is in this condition. *Note: I almost never use MINT grade, I think it should only be used for perfect new sealed records or perfect "still in shrink" records. I could occasionally add an additional conservative grade of [NM+] to this guide to describe perfect records, even if not new sealed or not "still in shrink". NEAR MINT (NM OR M-)** A good description of a NM record is “it looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.” In other words, it’s nearly perfect. Many dealers won’t use a grade higher than this, implying (perhaps correctly) that no record or sleeve is ever truly perfect. NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any “spindle marks” from someone trying to blindly put the record on the turntable. Major factory defects also must be absent; a record and label obviously pressed off center is not Near Mint. If played, it will do so with no surface noise. (NM records don’t have to be “never played”; a record used on an excellent turntable can remain NM after many plays if the disc is properly cared for.) NM covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind. **Note: Sometimes I can add an additional conservative grade of [NM-] or [VG++] to this guide to describe records just under [NM] or "almost [NM] perfect with a few minor flaws". VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) A good description of a VG+ record is “except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint.” Most collectors, especially those who want to play their records, will be happy with a VG+ record, especially if it toward the high end of the grade (sometimes called VG++). VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint. Very Good (VG) Many of the imperfections found on a VG+ record are more obvious on a VG record. For many listeners, a VG record or sleeve will be worth the money. VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise. Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Many collectors who have jukeboxes will use VG records in them and not think twice. They remain a fine listening experience, just not the same as if it were in better shape. VG covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cove

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) or EXCELLENT (E) A good description of a VG+ record is “except for a couple minor things, this would be Near Mint.” Most collectors, especially those who want to play their records, will be happy with a VG+ record, especially if it toward the high end of the grade (sometimes called VG++ or E+). That said, VG records — which usually sell for no more than 25 percent of a NM record — are among the biggest bargains in record collecting, because most of the “big money” goes for more perfect copies. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would resid

Very hard to find and RARE Ac/dc BOX set Vol 1 Complete with 6 albums Why rare? as it has the red lettered Powerage sleeve misprint and the TNT with white border. Those were only released in this very limited 1989 box set. A lot of these box sets exist in cardboard, but very few were made in this perspex plastic box. Overall super condition, see pictures for a very detailed condition. - All records seem to be unplayed and are NM. - Sleeves are all close to NM except for Dirty Deeds that has wide tape marks allover (VG), but it's not distrubing as you can see on the pictures. Powerage has a tiny seam split as you can see to the left. - Plastic box (inevitable scratches, one corner missing a part - see pictures) and inner (tears, tape and wear on sides) are VG. International bidders welcome. Exact shipping quote might be different from the announced quote based on your exact location -please inquire before bidding or accept the final shipping oncost if any. Thank you.

My Kingdom Album Notes The Cutter is a strange compilation with cash-in written all over it. The front sleeve reads 12 classic tracks. It's a lie. Yes, some of the songs are among the best recorded by Liverpool's finest post-punk band, but the inclusion of two bizarre covers doesn't help the collection reach any sort of classic status. Perhaps WEA Records thought fans would see The Cutter as a best-of collection, which it isn't; maybe they thought those same fans would clamor for the covers of songs by the Rolling Stones and the Beatles. To start with, the album material isn't necessarily the best of. While the songs are a just-decent sample of some of the finer moments from the band's glory days, Songs to Learn and Sing and Ballyhoo are both better introductions. Albums covered include Crocodiles, Heaven Up Here, Porcupine, Ocean Rain, and Echo & the Bunnymen. There are classics here to be sure: "The Cutter," "A Promise," and "Ocean Rain" are all glorious slices. But there are glaring omissions among these classics, including "Lips Like Sugar," "The Killing Moon," "Bring On the Dancing Horses," and "Never Stop." The Cutter might be a nice find in the used CD bin, if one is looking for one particular track and an assortment of other okay songs. The live covers certainly don't justify the album, as they serve merely to break up an otherwise interesting collection. "Paint It Black" sees Ian McCulloch butchering the classic song like a campy vampire; it actually starts out promising, but McCulloch falls apart about a minute and half in. "All You Need Is Love" just sounds stupid, as if the band had only been rehearsing it for a day; there's no passion in the performance. LP, Album UK 1997 Original record very rare!!! Sleeve + inner sleeve: near mint condition! Record: great condition but some partly erased handwritten traces on records (look at the last 2 pictures) Rare !!! Beautiful copy ! Only played a few times First hand from my own collection !!! Any questions feel free to contact me!!! The Spice Girls represent the first important manufactured girl group of the 1990s, drawn as they were from auditions prompted by a 1993 advertisement in the London-based theatrical weekly The Stage, which called for the creation of a hit female act. The group raised interesting questions about the role of women and the role of gender in pop music making. Until they emerged, the debate about the domination of popular music by male musicians and the marginalization of women had focused principally on rock. In addition, the Spice Girls briefly suggested that the golden days of British music might return. As mid-1990s British pop music promised to repeat some of the glories of the British Invasion of 1964 to 1966, when a Beatles-led assault stirred unprecedented interest in music from the United Kingdom, this all-singing, all-dancing quintet hit the jackpot with its debut single "Wannabe." The song not only hit the top spot in United Kingdom and in twenty-one other countries, but it was also the first time since 1964—when the Animals struck with "House of the Rising Sun"—that a debut single by a British act had topped American music charts.

Cette semaine je mets en vente de rares EP, SP et LP de Johnny Hallyday, prix de départ 9,90€, sans prix de réserve, les frais de port sont groupés en cas d'achats multiples / We combine shipping fees for multiple purchased items. These records have been stored away from moisture and light but, sometimes, not from dust. A good cleaning will definitely increase the sound quality by taking off some of the dust that might still be there. As every record collector has his own way to do it (VPI or Okki Nokki cleaning machines, LGL paste, sprays, etc...) we leave this delicate operation to its next owner. Graduation system: M (MINT) Sealed, never played, new in its original packaging. NM (NEAR MINT) Almost perfect copy, never or very rarely played. At worst, one or two surface marks, generally insignificant and due to inner sleeve. This the highest grade for an unsealed record. EX (EXCELLENT) Very clean copy, some insignificant surfaces marks (hairlines). This record has been rarely played, on good equipment and treated with care. The cover has very minor flaws: a name or discrete initials, low wear corners, very slight ringwear. VG + + (VERY GOOD + +) More surface marks.Minor flaws or cover wear, minor edge wear. This is generally the grade given to a 20 to 50 years old record with a "normal" life, treated with care, but listened and handled regularly by his former owner. VG + (VERY GOOD +) Has been played a lot, shows multiple slight surface marks (hairlines) generating background noise between songs but no jump or skips. Cover shows important signs of age and storage (slice corners worn, name, date, dedication, tears, etc....). Generally, this record was one of the favorites among previous owner discotheque, went from hand to hand, had to animate some parties and bears the scars of a busy life. VG (VERY GOOD) The record is very worn, has been played a lot, shows important scratches that are creating permanent background noises but do not skip or jump. Still listenable (especially at high volume for big sound). The cover is well worn, torn important corner and edge wear, significant traces of marker pen or... well, the previous grade but more accentuated. G (GOOD) Has been played to the hilt (but still playable on some titles), many scratches, crackles a lot while playing, may have jumps or sticks. The cover is very damaged. This record must be very rare to be proposed on sale ! We tend to exaggerate our gradations, however, in case of doubt, do not hesitate to ask questions before bidding.
