However, it is mainly made to outperform any consumer-grade cpus (i7,i5,ryzen..) on demanding apps like Photoshop or Vegas Pro... Nonetheless, for the price, it's a beast. By the way, it supports ECC ram but it also means that you can absolutely use Non-ECC ram. One last thing, the only compatible CPU socket is X79/LGA 2011.
