DURING THE mid 1970s the popularity of progressive rock was at an all time high with acts such as Yes, Jethro Tull and, especially, ELP enjoying huge album sales and playing to sold out crowds the world over. Of course, shadowing these giants of prog were a number of young upstarts keen to make a challenge for gold and glory, not least of these were American mid-west contenders Starcastle. The band’s carefully executed debut album attracted a number of converts, selling something in the region of a quarter of a million copies, resulting in Epic records taking a keener interest. très belle paire de candélabres d’autel d’église à 5 bras de lumière en bronze doré, à décor de volutes et de feuillages. Ils reposent sur un piètement tripode.     Époque : Fin XIXème Dimensions : H :54 x l :38cm   Le chandelier est une pièce de mobilier d’église présent dans chaque église et posé sur l’autel.    Le grand chandelier à plusieurs branches prend le nom de candélabre.   Son utilisation remonte aux origines même de l’église et est lié de manière évidente et indissoluble au symbole de la Lumière comme expression de Foi, Espoir et Résurrection du Christ. Le chandelier était autrefois posé par terre et uniquement dans une période successive a été disposé sur l’autel avant le début de la célébration pour être rangé après la Messe.    Au Xème siècle les Statuta Ecclesiae antiquae décrétèrent que l’acolyte sur le point de prononcer ses vœux devait recevoir dans ses mains un chandelier avec le cierge.   Le Concile de Trente établit une codification très précise pour le service d’autel, composé de six chandeliers à utiliser pendant la Messe et sept chandeliers pour le Pontifical du Pape ou pour celui d’un Évêque. État : "Bon état" to read absolutely before bidding !!!: this album was released on february 17 1975 in australia so he is 46 years old! it is not a first hand, it has two qualities of exceptions which is worth to be interested in it especially for collectors of vinyls of ac / dc like me and I am asser stalled in this field,  and also unfortunately some three bad points or even four if you count the cover; I will explain to you to start on the state of the vinyl and the cover: the cover on the front and back is appreciable see the photos,  but on each side: in the sleeve an opening of 6 to 7 cm is on the three junction sides so to stay in the real no adding tape,  but is delivered with a pvc protection that keeps everything stable, vinyl level, listen to headphones: the first track side 1;  "baby please don't go" between 13 seconds and 20 seconds from the start shows two minimal jerks barely susceptible and which does not prevent the smooth unwinding of the vinyl, on side 2 "soul tripper" a minimal jerk in the second minute and to conclude another jolt during "show business" halfway through  the track and of course not susceptible: and does not prevent  the smooth running of the vinyl, otherwise all the rest of  the album is masterful, a fucking his ! I would like to point out,  listen to a technics sl 3300 and Tracking force of 1.75 grams (important!) Now we will get into the subject, this vinyl has the particularity of having the roo logo only on side 2 and for explanation:  First pressing with Blue center labels & kangaroo. Track A1 is credited to Broonzy on back sleeve and center labels. Later copies had the side one label changed to correct an error in the writing credit for "Baby Please Don't Go". It was incorrectly credited to Broonzy, but was actually written by Joe Williams - The matrix number is the same, and the label still carries the Blue Roo,  that is used by Alberts, to signify an original Alberts issue. Track A1 is still credited to Broonzy on the back of the sleeve,  but Joe Williams is now credited on the side one label. (these are a lot less common than Broonzy -  at a rate of around Three Broonzy to one Joe Williams, which is also a good indicator that this is not a different issue). AND HAS NOTICEABLE SURFACE MARKS SO GRADED IN GOOD + CONDITION. NOTE WE GRADE ALL OUR RECORDS AS PER RECORD COLLECTOR RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDE ! Notes Blue center labels & kangaroo logo on side B. This is a later label variant which has had the track A1 writing credit corrected from Broonzy to Joe Williams. A1 is still credited on the back sleeve to Broonzy. The matrix numbers are the same showing the same masters were used for pressing this release. ORIGINAL Record by Metallica - Ride The Lightning LP made by Bernett Records in France with missprint on color cover. Bernett SB 18026 Bernett France print few copies in green before realized their mistake and printed after in blue like all others country. This missprint done one of the most hard to find Mets items. Black media of course. Comes with original insert. Really in great condition. Media is excellent. Think we can say NM. I don't play it since 1986 (bought in CD this year). Sleeve are really great VG+ (almost NM but this LP have 36 years old). Be careful when you want to find this rare LP: there have been bootleg reissues of this record in color vinyl, don't be fooled: the only real and original bernett green cover version is the one with the black vinyl. The Matrix of this record I am selling is " SB 18026 A" for side A and "SB 18026 B" for side B. both hand etched in the run out  you should be aware that the bootleg has matrix "PA7955 ORLAKE" Also check the back side of my cover, on the left, the white lightning is all the way to the left, on the bootleg the lightning is not all the way to the spine of the cover ! For sale a Super Gobot Raizor. The toy has several broken parts highlighted in blue in the pics: -Missing the pin that joins one leg to the body -Broken black tab in the black part below propeller -Broken white tab on the jet nose (does not affect transformation, as the remaining part is enough to secure transformation). All other parts are unbroken, and most are bright white (some parts have a veeeery slight yellow tint), and could be used to restore another Raizor. Alternatively, that raizor displays securely in Vehicle mode (the robot mode isn't stable, because of the missing pin to the leg). A rare portrait lens made in USA engraved: Carl Meyer Pictorial N°RE786 10in f/4.5 Mysterious lens, I can't find any information about this Carl Meyer Pictorial. Probably made or distributed by Burke & James. This lens covers more than 6x6cm and could be a good tool for Hasselblad Serie F, Pentax 67, Pentacon etc.. Glasses are coated, the coating has some halo in several angle of views. Few dust inside glasses. There is slightly haze. Iris works as it should. Antique german reflex camera from the 1920's, Ernemann ERNOFLEX 6.5x9cm with desirable lens ERNON 3.5/13.5cm. In used condition, with signs of years. There is a dent on top, rust on metal parts, and dust. I checked the main functions and this Ernoflex is in working order: lens is ok with dust and working iris & focusing ring, curtain shutter is ok, ground focusing is ok with dust, revolving back holder for landscape and portrait mode works as it should. This camera could be a great base for restoration, but also I'm pretty sure you are onto the lens for adapting on your medium format camera (Pentax 6x7, Hasselblad F etc..) of course sold as is according age and condition, no warranty, no return, no refund
