It is in working order, but there are a couple of issues: Firstly, The disc does not eject quite far as it used to (see last picture) -- the mechanism is sound, it is simply not as 'foreceful' as it was when new. Secondly, the stand on the back of the speaker is loose (a small piece of plastic is missing), so care is required when opening and closing -- see picture 5. Having said all that, it plays perfectly.
