This amp was built 9-8-2011 and is a 50 watt solid state rectified V3. The Two Rock Custom Reverb Signature V3 is a versatile two channel amplifier from boutique makers Two Rock. Custom Reverb Signature V3 ControlsTreble Control - Adjusts the high frequency response. In the full counter-clockwise position, high frequencies are bypassed to ground. In the full clockwise position, high frequencies are allowed to pass to the next gain stage. Bass Control - Adjusts the bass response. In the full counter-clockwise position, low frequencies are cut. In addition, the response of the treble and mid-range controls is greatly reduced. In the full counter-clockwise position, low frequencies are allowed to pass to the next gain stage. ORIGINAL MATCHED PAIR " NEUMANN KMi 85 ", vintage (1970s). COLLECTOR CONDITION! Like new condition in the original packaging with two kv58 capsule extension tubes and one Neumann DS100 and two sg21 clips. black finish (for broadcast). i = xlr connector. Fantastic and very hard to find "close miking" stereo set (for acoustic guitar, speech, classical music ("tenor" singer (according to me, this stereo set is way better ("more musical") than the "Schoeps Pavarotti stand"), drum...). Very close serial numbers (45508 and 45511). The capsules are (of course) from the same batch with very close serial numbers too. LIKE NEW CONDITION (very hard to find, almost impossible! You can find for sale one good km i 85 from time to time, but the kmi 85 matched pair is almost impossible to buy. This stereo set is a "secret weapon" of the best sound engineers).  Neumann KM85i (...) A long-time staple for orchestral and acoustic recordings thanks to their clear and natural sound, the Neumann KM8x series of microphones can be found in just about every major studio and scoring stage -­­ often half a dozen or more of them under one roof. Essentially, the KM85i (“i” designation simply means it has an XLR connector, typically for export to North America) is the same microphone as the widely ­loved and more expensive KM84i, but with a built-­in bass rolloff. While this makes the microphone less useful in distant applications, the KM85i’s integral high­pass filter actually comes in handy as you move the microphone closer to an instrument or voice. Proximity effect is an acoustical bass­ boost inherent to directional microphones as they move closer to the signal source, which makes the cardioid-patterned KM84i a bit too bottom­-heavy when used as a close mic. The KM85i, however, sounds clear as a bell at closer distances, arguably making it a better choice for snare drums (engage the ­10dB pad to avoid ugly distortion - or don’t), acoustic guitars, and any other sound that benefits from having a microphone within spitting distance.
