HALL  THAT HOW I GOT TO MEMPHIS 1975 33T 30 cm référence 6338 624 MERCURY 1975  Made in France  VERSION ORIGINALE DE SUR LA ROUTE DE MEMPHIS (reprise d’EDDY MITCHELL en 1976)  DISQUE  EX POCHETTE EX+  EN EXCELLENT ETAT (usure normale au vu des années, étiquette prix d’origine collée au verso)- protégée par pochette transparente ATTENTION sur les vinyles apparaissent des ombres du photographe et non des tâches sur les disques, Il est très difficile d’éviter les reflets.  Collection personnelle constituée de 1965 à 1985 : - Soit obtenus depuis 20 années chez Philips (respectivement : SPP, PHILIPS, PHONOGRAM, POLYGRAM) d’où un certain nombre de vinyles neufs ou promotionnels (échantillons gratuits). After studying the cello and the trombone at the Paris Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique he went on to play in a number of Big Bands. In the 1960s he accompanied Marlene Dietrich, Nat King Cole, Sammy Davis and Charles Aznavour, and in 1970 added the tuba, working as a studio musician and recording with Michel Legrand, Vladimir Cosma, Michel Colombier and others. From 1973 to 1983 he accompanied Claude Nougaro with Eddie Louiss and Maurice Vander, and played in the orchestras of Martial Solal, Michel Portal and others.  In 1981 he formed his own group, the "Steckar Tubapack", and his first recording in 1982 won the Prix Boris Vian, awarded by the Académie de Jazz. Marc Steckar has recorded over twenty discs using the tuba and in 1990 he started to mix the tuba with other ensembles, big bands, brass bands, wind bands, and choirs. In 1994 he composed several concertos for tuba, euphoniums and trombones and in 1999 received the Sacem Prix Printemps. He has gone on to compose several children’s tales and concertos for clarinet quartet, trumpets and bass trombone, all with wind ensemble.  O.D.A.S.S. est un orchetre d'harmonie créé par  RODOLPHE PIERREPONT. Record surfaces show almost no signs of wear, are very clean. One or two very light scratches (light speedle mark that don't affect at all the good listening.) Has not been very listened before...could be VG++ but prefer say VG+. Very Good Plus (VG+) – Quelques défauts sont acceptables, mais rien qui compromet réellement l'enregistrement, ceci visuellement ou à l'audition. On peut avoir (visuellement)  un petit frottement sur le disque, de lègères marques inaudibles, un léger bruit de crépitement en fond. A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. One flap has been recently glued for fixing..More photos on request.” Essais sur ma platine sensible, très bonne écoute, relief, puissance, avec les  très légers crépitements des vieux disques par moments   Localisés tout au début  face A et B, suivi de  crépitements faibles et juste  par moments sur les autres morceaux. Aucune marque profonde, très faible usure, pas de zones claires. Le disque est très beau. Il a été nettoyé récemment au détergent et rincage eau deminéralisé, mais il est possible qu'il reste encore un peu de vieille poussière incrustée dans les sillons car le disque a été longtemps stocké sans être joué.
