Un frottement peut être constaté sur le disque, mais doit être vraiment moindre. Il ne doit y avoir aucun effet sur la qualité sonore du disque. Si c’est le cas, même minime, il ne pourra plus être considéré comme NM ou M-  VG++ Excellent La pochette peut avoir quelques très discrètes rayures et/ou des petits plis. Le disque montre des signes d'avoir été joué (sensibles marques lumineuses), mais la perte de qualité sonore est pratiquement inaudible. VG+ Très bon + La pochette présente des signes de manipulations évidents: extrémité légèrement cornée, étiquette du prix, plis. Mais aucun défaut majeur. Il se peut aussi qu'elle soit en parfaite état mais présente un poinçon ou une extrémité biseautée. C'est l'état le plus courant des disques de deuxième main. Les disques ont quelques rayures qui n'affectent pas la qualité sonore. Certains crépitements peuvent être audibles sur des platines très sensibles. VG Très bon - La pochette est usée avec des plis, des marques, des décollements, une usure des bords, des décolorations, un début de marque circulaire du disque sur la pochette. Les signes de l'âge sont présents. Le disque a des rayures et marques qui affectent la qualité sonore avec des craquements et sautements. G Pauvre L'état de la pochette est proche de celui de VG avec en plus des écritures, un papier gondolé à cause de l'humidité, des déchirures sur les bords... La qualité du son est détériorée par les nombreuses lectures, il y a un souffle et il peut y avoir des sautements et craquements. On ne distingue pratiquement plus les sillons du disque. It is virtually the second "DAY BLINDNESS" album with slight personal changes, but musically in a more heavy psychedelic direction. The lead guitarist Gary Pihl is well known today for being the guitar player of BOSTON. Here he plays an amazing psychedelic guitar and it reminds us in parts of the mighty MARIANI's "Perpetuum Mobile" album. Superb bass guitar by Johnny V. Vernazza and crazy drums by Roy Garcia, who later went to play with the legendary band GOLD (of Rockadelic Records fame!). Only one 45 single was ever released of those fantastic sessions on "Studio 10", and the single is mega rare these days. A treasure lost at the time which we are very pleased to present to you today!!!

One by one, first John, then Paul, they recorded 23 of their newest compositions by double-tracking themselves on George's Reel-to-Reel-tape-machine. These songs, most of whom where written during the Beatles' two-month-stay on a meditation-course in Rishikesh, India, February - April 1968, were subsequently recorded for the 'White Album'. But not all of them made it onto vinyl and thus remain unreleased (at least as Beatles-versions). Judging by the outcome of this session, it must have been a very sunny and relaxing day. Spring certainly was in the air (and a bit of pot maybe too). Just accompanied by their acoustic guitars, John, Paul and George recorded very charming and joyful early versions of their newest tunes. Something slightly out-of-sync with their own double-tracking but who cares? Spontanity counts! Had this session been recorded 25 years later it would have been a bonafide TV-Unplugged-performance! But as it is, this 1968 session remained in the vaults until now !! We proudly present this tape to you in the correct running-order and in the best possible sound (two generations away from the actual master-tape). Enjoy! The short acoustic bit of "Helter Skelter" was recorded on 11th June, 1968 at Abbey Road studios. The last two tracks were recorded in India. The light atmosphere of these musical snippets set the tone for the "Kinfauns"-session. Original French Pressing!!!!...Rare!! *VINYL: VG+ *COVER: VG(VG+) From the liner notes of F.U.2 - Punk Rock, 2012 Reissue of the Album originally release in 1977.  F.U.2 - The Myth and the Legend by Terry Clemson aka Terry Gibson  "F.U.2, the album, has for many years been the subject of much speculation. Some refer to it as the "Secret Downliners Sect Album". It really never was........  Many theories and stories of how it came about have circulated over the years...  How it actually came about was thanks to a record producer friend of mine, Eddie Bourne. Eddie was asked to produce a Punk album, by a band called The Vacants. At the time Eddie felt the band needed augmenting for recording purposes, so he asked me to play guitar on the session...  Following on the back of the relative success of The Vacants album, I pursuaded Eddie to allow me to record a Punk album under the name F.U.2.  It all started out as a bit of a joke really. It was late 1970's that me and Keith Grant (2), of the Downliners Sect, set about to write the songs. Some of these we already had in the can that we thought would fit the bill, like "Out Of School", "Playin' My Guitar" which incidentally were later to appear on the Sects 'Showbiz' album. It wasn't long before ten other songs had been assembled and were ready to take into the studio.  As a band F.U.2 obviously never existed, so Keith and I enlisted musician friends to play on the session. Paul Holm was on drums, Robin Langridge on keyboards. Don Craine on rhythm guitar and Paul Tiller on blues harp were also co-opted to play on a couple of tracks. Longtemps seulement disponible en vynil au Japon exclusivement, ce concert donné en Janvier 1981 au NHK Hall lors de leur quatrième tournée au Japon fit l'objet d'une réédition en CD en 1993. L'intérêt par rapport au vynil est que le CD comporte l'intégralité de la prestation des Crusaders alors que le vynil a procédé à diverses coupures. Cette tournée regoupa 7 musiciens. En plus du trio mythique de Joe Sample au clavier, Stix Hooper aux percussions et Wilton Feder au sax, on y trouvera Barry Finnerty (Earth, Wind & Fire), Roland Bautista, Alphonso Johnson (Weather Report) et Rafael Cruz (New York's Session Man). Du beau monde donc ! Un grand nombre des plus grands tubes du groupe sont repris ici avec l'énergie propre à une prestation live et de superbes solos improvisés de Sample et Feder donnant une tonalité d'ensemble assez différente des enregistrements en studio de ces titres. Enfin, ce disque aura gravé à jamais l'un des tout derniers concerts du groupe de base historique, Stix Hooper quittant le groupe peu de temps après ce concert mythique. EX = Excellent etat La pochette peut avoir quelques très discrètes rayures et/ou des petits plis. Le CD montre des signes d'avoir été joué mais pratiquement comme neuf.  VG = tres bon etat La pochette présente des signes de manipulations évidents: extrémité légèrement cornée, étiquette du prix, plis. Mais aucun défaut majeur. Il se peut aussi qu'elle soit en parfaite état mais présente un poinson ou une extrémité biseautée. Le cd a quelques rayures qui n'affectent pas la qualité sonore. G = Bon etat La pochette est usée avec des plis, des marques, des décollements, une usure des bords, des décolorations, un début de marque circulaire du disque sur la pochette. Les signes de l'âge sont présents. Le cd a des rayures et marques qui n'affectent pas la qualité sonore. F = Etat moyen L'état de la pochette est proche de celui de VG- avec en plus des écritures, un papier gondolé à cause de l'humidité, des déchirures sur les bords... La qualité du son est détériorée par les nombreuses lectures, il peut y avoir des sautements. VG = Very good Cover shows some hanling imperfection like normal wear and tear, price tag, creasing... Cover can also be in mint condition but there is a DJ or promo copy stamp or cut in the corner. The CD has been played few times and displays  occasional light marks or scratches. Does not affect quality sound. G = Good Cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration... Now the signs of age and handling are starting to show. You can notice some clear wear on the surface. Does not affect quality sound. F = Fair The cover and contents can be torn, stained and/or defaced, there also can be some writing on it.
