This is a small quilt in scrap fabrics. It has been well made and has machine and hand construction with lots of hand quilting. The border has feature blocks - a humming bird, a rainbow, a flower and a butterfly. The top  fabric is cotton  with warm synthetic wadding and should not be ironed. There are some Laura Ashley, Debbie Mumms, American, Japanese and Dutch fabric in the mix. The quilt dates from around 2000 and can be used on a cot, as a lap quilt or to hang on the wall. This very attractive vintage French 8 arm chandelier is in the style of a tied bouquet. From the centre bar comes an array of pretty green leaves. foliage and lily flowers in shades of pink. The 8 arms form part of the tied bouquet feature at the bottom of the chandelier and are scrolled leading to pink flower shaped candle drip holders. The candle drips are beige hard plastic and are in keeping with the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a 1 link chain bar and flower style ceiling rose. This wonderful chandelier is very attractive with lots of detail and would add a touch of French country style to your home decor. This is a small double quilt in scrap fabrics. It has been well made and has machine construction and hand quilting with star shaped motifs. The quilting is part machine part hand sewn. It is not quilted all over - just in random parts. It needs a little TLC but nothing major.  Not suitable for a perfectionist. Great for snuggles on the sofa. The top  fabric is 100% cotton with synthetic wadding and should not be ironed. The quilt dates from around 2000 and can be used on a bed or on a sofa.
