Comes with everything you see on photos (keyboard, mouse, external floppy disk drive, carrying case) as well as all the cables required for it to function. IMPORTANT: this is an US unit so it works on 110V, NOT on 220V: a 220V to 110V transformer is included (shown on photo).  It was once repaired because a relative plugged it to 220V, so a technician had to replace a component in the power supply. Fault: the image on the screen shrinks and shakes when the floppy disk is being accessed (I can send you a video of the fault upon request).  This is most likely caused by electromagnetic interference. Maybe the technician forgot to put some shield back when he repaired it.
