This is a Voigtländer Alpin camera for 9x12 cm plates, built by 1910's. Tropicalised for using in outdoor condition. The camera is in used, but well preserved condition. The shutter is working at all speeds, but has not been tested for accuracy.  The lens is a Heliar 4.5 /135mm, in good condition, looks clear without scratches on the glass or haze inside. The bellows look good and light-tight and I can't see any pinholes. The camera has a double extension, with a rack-and-pinion system. The lens front can move up, down and shift left, right.  The focus screen back looks good, however there are stains on ground glass and repairs on the hood of the focus screen. Three plate holders, a Voigtländer film back, and a flexible trigger are included. To open the camera, just push the button on top, this pops up the viewfinder also.  Sometimes it closes with difficulty, make sure that the camera bed is shifted in as far as possible, and secure it by the lever beside the wheel.
