I have reached 70 and have decided to empty my house of all that I have accumulated over the years  and am no longer using regularly so I am not accepting returns. For sale, nice clean FED 2 with excellent Industar 26m 50mm f2.8 lens. It has not been tested. The shutter fires on all speed and sounds good. Viewfinder diopter works well. With this lens I cannot get the rangefinder and lens infinity mark to agree. It is somewhere between 20m and infinity. Probably needs a CLA so I am classing this AS IS no returns. The lens is nice and clean, no scratches. The lens has an original FED lens cap. The original fed2 case shows wear but is in good condition and has no stitching issues. Nikon AF-S VR Nikkor 300mm f/2.8 G IF-ED and Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-20E III. Bought new and single owner lens in perfect working order with clear optics. Lens in mint condition, very light signs of wear on Kirk lens plate and lens hood. VR operates normally, AF is a bit squeaky which is typical of this lens and absolutely normal. Original Nikon lens plate replaced by Kirk LP47 lens plate. Front Nikon lens cap replaced by LensCoat lens cap. For sale is an original first-issue, and extremely rare 5Ω version of the Beyer DT-48S, from 1964, perfectly working with original box and NOS/never used replacement earpads (oval and round). - Made in Western Germany Unique Opportunity to own a piece of audio history ! DT-48S (S for Stereo) were the first stereophonic headphones built with Nagra-Kudelski specifications, to be used in tandem with the Nagra IV-S or Nagra SN tape recorders. At the time it was a largely hand-made production and cost 224 deutschmarks (price list). 
Some DT48S were even OEM’d as Kudelski instead of Beyer.

 Condition: They are not mint but for 56 years-old headphones, they are in excellent shape. The actual silver metal drivers are intact without a single scratch, no rust or anything on the metal headband. It was gently used, and very well taken care of. It is terminated by a standard stereo 6,35mm jack.

 There is only visible wear on the upper headband coated-foam material (that tends to dry overtime) but this is still one the most well-preserved (and complete!) original DT-48S set I have ever seen. Some history: 

 The most famous user of those headphones, is without any doubt Stanley Kubrick. You can see him on a photograph from the set of Clockwork Orange, wearing the 25Ω version of those, with oval ear-pads. 
In fact, those were designed for monitoring dialogues and ‘concrete’ sounds in mind, as well as very surgical applications like lab-work, aural testing and the like.
 Usage: Music comes out dramatically different and unhyped as they are very medium oriented, bass is present but depends on the way it was recorded, and it is known that oval ear-pads are adding bass due to the way they isolate the ears. 
With very transparently recorded music, like some albums from the ECM label (think Arvo Pärt) or ethnographic records, jazz and some classical and experimental music (and with the right preamp of your choice to drive them) those Beyers are unbeatable and still a reference today in revealing the naked truth. Perfect for hyper-critical mixing, and obvisouly monitoring. Be ware that it really takes getting used-to but the reward is unmatched. 

This is a reluctant sale, but I have to finance studio gear.

I'm selling this MATRIX X-SABRE PRO MQA DAC, one of the best sounding dacs I have ever owned, and i have owned quite a few in my lifetime !  It is in perfect condition, just as new (i take very good care of my audio gear), and comes with a usb cable and a power cord. Vox Valvetronix VT20+ à réparer / for parts. Français: Bonjour, Je vends un ampli guitare Vox Valvetronix VT20+ à réparer, ou pour pièces. Problème et diagnostic: L'amplificateur s'allume, le son passe bien par l'étage à lampe, le son sort par la sortie jack écouteurs, mais le son ne sort par sur le haut-parleur. D'après mon analyse et ce que j'ai pu lire, il arrive que le jack s'oxyde et que l'ampli b'"'détecteb'"' un jack dans la sortie écouteurs, donc bloque le haut-parleur. Il semblerait que ça soit une maladie des Vox Valvetronix. Après démontage, nettoyage du jack, et tests en faisant des ponts, je n'arrive pas à le faire marcher. Je le met donc en vente pour quelqu'un qui saurait le réparer en changeant le jack/ faisant les bons ponts, ou pour servir de banque de pièces. Le tube Ruby 12AX7AC5 est en parfait état. Livraison uniquement de la partie électronique, sans caisson ni haut-parleur. Issue and testing: The amp starts up well, the sound is going through the tube preamp level and goes out on the headphones jack. However, no sound goes to the loudspeaker. After some reading, it appears that the headphones jack gets oxydized and then the amp falsely detects a jack inside so blocks the loudspeaker. It seems to happen quite often with Vox Valvetronix amps. I cleaned the jack and tried to bridge the jack with cables but no success. I am selling it for someone who can repair it, or would need the parts. The Ruby 12AX7AC5 tube is in perfect condition.
