Grey Matter E! for DX7II is a circuit board attached to the DX7IIFD, DX7IID  synthesizer main board that turns an otherwise normal DX7II-FD or DX7II-D into a fully featured workstation machine.     Expanded internal Memory   E! enlarges the internal RAM memory of your DX by four times and allows it to hold 256 single sounds (called Voices) and 128 Performance memories (multi-voice combinations).   The total internal memory is divided into 4 Banks. Each Bank holds 64 Voices and 32 Performances    - Bank 1 = 64 Voices/32 Performances  - Bank 2 = 64 Voices/32 Performances  - Bank 3 = 64 Voices/32 Performances  - Bank 4 = 64 Voices/32 Performances   Voices from all four banks can be combined into any of the Performance memories, meaning you're not limited to Voices found in just one Bank when creating a Performance Combination   Octal Mode Octal Mode is one of the most outstanding features of the E! expansion because it turns your DX7II into an 8 channel multitimbral sound module. With this capability, the keyboard can receive MIDI information on 8 separate channels directly from the internal SE!quencer or from an external controller. Each channel can be assigned a different Voice, so now your DX can produce eight different sounds at once.   Splits and Layers With E! you can go far beyond the simple two way split and layer combinations of original DX7II. Youâ??ll find that there are Performance Modes that let you layer 4 voices or create elaborate 8 way splits. In transferring data to and from the disk, you now have the option of Saving and Loading a Single Bank of Voices and Performance memories or all 4 at once.      Two Primary Modes All the E! functions are collected under two fundamental menu headings:   - Engine   - SE!quencer   Engine   The heart of the E! system is called the Engine. As the central workhorse menu, it contains most of the new E! functions including all Performance modes, multitimbral and MIDI controller features and the special accompaniment modes. Event EZbus MIXER 8 Channel USB Audio Interface/ Stand Alone-Digital Mixer Board MIXER DIGITAL STUDIO EVENT EZBUS  TRES BON ETAT GENERAL  VENDU SANS NOTICE Product Description As a stand-alone Digital Mixer, it provides 8 main input channels (four of which provide 3 inputs each), plus a USB port, 2 S/PDIF coaxial Inputs, one output, and S/PDIF/ADAT-format optical I/O. Main input channels provide dynamics processing and 4-band EQ. Any input (analog OR digital) may be routed to ANY mixing channel (the same applies to the 4 returns) and you can even mix signals with different sample rates - up to 96K! Other I/Os include dual MIDI I/Os, Word Clock Out, and 2 Sends plus 2 Aux Outs, making it an ideal Hard Disk Recording Interface.  One button push is all it takes to instantly transform EZbus into a customizable Control Surface with support for major software programs. You could see a product like this on the horizon but it took the ingenious minds of Event Electronics to actually deliver. The EZbus mix engine architecture provides 8 primary channels, each of which offers EQ and dynamics processing. The 8 channels can be fed from any hardware input, analog or digital. A channel's signal can be routed to multiple destinations, including the Main Mix bus, the Alt Mix bus, and any or all of the 4 Sends; these, in turn, can be routed to a variety of hardware outputs. The EZbus also has 4 Return busses, which can function as additional input channels. This provides you with a total of 12 input channels, 8 of which support EQ and dynamics processing. In a typical computer-based recording environment, many of the audio sources (keyboards, sound modules, drum machines, effects devices, and the like) require little or no processing "after the fact;" that is, they don't necessarily need to have their tone, volume, or pan positions controlled at the mixer level. Rather, these functions can be performed by the device itself via internal settings or in response to MIDI commands. In that scenario, all that's required of the mixer is that it provide a means for the audio from the device to be brought into the main mix. On EZbus analog inputs 5, 6, 7, and 8, three input jacks (labeled A, B, and C) are provided for each input. Altogether, that's 12 audio signals brought into the EZbus using only 4 audio channels. This is a 70's vintage and rare Foxx Fuzz Wa effect pedal. ** It has been very few used, there has been only, as far as I know, two previous owners who both used it from very rarely to almost never ** It has got four different Wah-Wah tones and also integrates a fuzz effect. It sounds really gorgeous, and due to its rarity, quite unique. * I've tested it basically and can tell that it works perfectly - and what a sound ! There are one 4-positions selector on the front to select wah envelope, and three knobs on the left side, presumably for tone, gain and whatever else. There are two 2-states switches: the pedal switch commutes between wah wah and volume control. The auxiliary switch commutes the fuzz effect. There is also an extra switch on the side (see photos) but I cannot figure out what it is used for. All the components, buttons, switchs, gear, board are all original, to the screws. It is really suitable as collector.    ** It is in overall exceptionally good condition, due to the fact it has been very rarely used since the 70's. I guess that you will not see one in a such good condition before long ** It is powered by a 9-volts battery (not provided).
