These vintage French net curtains show a country village scene of people making their way through flower gardens, over a river and towards houses on the hill, with trees, clouds and mountains in the background.   The main colour is white, with features highlighted in pastel red and green shades.  They can be hung from a pole or rail through the eyelets at the top. They are in unused condition, intended to be cut up the centre to make a pair of curtains, but still uncut apart fom a small length at the bottom. See photos and zoom in to see details. The total width is 90cms but when divided will make two x 45 cm curtains.  The length is 118 cms, including the fringe. In excellent condition. From Normandy, France.

From the back plate come the two curved arms each leading to leaf shaped candle drip holders and the candle drips are cream plastic. Gorgeous high-end quality wrought iron chandelier.  It is made of heavy brownish gray metal with substantial multi-crystal drops.  The crystals have little flowers close to the base with a few smaller crystals leading to a large crystal drop. There are 6 branches, each leading to a thick candle stick shaped bulb holder (not the cheap ones we have come to expect) and light with shade. Shades look as though they can be removed if you wish. Each branch has two crystal drops on the arm with two smaller crystal drops at the top curve.     The center of the chandelier has a large decorative crystal ball at the bottom and a pretty flower at the top. The chain is not long because the chandelier itself is quite long. It leads to a beautiful ornate crown that hides the wires. This is a very clean and pretty item, it was original to the home and cared for and preserved very well. It was removed from a very nice 30+ year old home.  The fixture is 48 inches tall (including the chain) x 36 inches wide.   The chandelier will come with the mounting hardware, all you will need are bulbs. The piece has been inspected and I see nothing wrong with it. It is in good working condition and will be removed prior to shipping with cords protected. It is ready to install and enjoy! Vintage French mid century hanging ceiling lantern with hand painted floral decoration and white opaque glass shade. In  1920 year Daniel and Madlen Porto open a linen house "Haute Couture". This is a set of six napkins created in 50s. 100% high quality cotton. Tulips used as a print for these napkins. This very attractive vintage French 8 arm chandelier is in the style of a tied bouquet. From the centre bar comes an array of pretty green leaves. foliage and lily flowers in shades of pink. The 8 arms form part of the tied bouquet feature at the bottom of the chandelier and are scrolled leading to pink flower shaped candle drip holders. The candle drips are beige hard plastic and are in keeping with the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a 1 link chain bar and flower style ceiling rose.
