Lush Vintage Heirloom Luxury Queen King Williamsburg Crown Matelasse Bedspread. Condition is "Pre-owned". This is absolutely outstanding,in quality and design! This spread was purchased at a Mansion here in Western N.Y. on the lake. The spread was used in a State room, where there was a king size bed and the room made me say WOW! This room was designed all around this spread, using Damask linens and curtains. I can not say for sure but I would guess that this spread saw very little to none use as it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Please view my pictures this has a gorgeous Heirloom Design in white with a beige ground, very elegant and the best 3 tiered lush fringe. Relisted due to non paying bidder. I would guess the inside has been replaced at some point-in any case you could remove that part and attach to whatever fits your needs. There doesn’t seem to be much in the way of notable damage-a couple small seams splits. Bold bright colors it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s quite large and I can’t really do much about the cost of shipping. Displayed on a queen size bed but I’m guessing it should be on a king with the 80 going vertical and the 110 horizontal. The inside appears to be a homemade comforter with sleet type backing and batting rolled inside. Due to the cost be prepared to sign for package. Vintage 1960s or 1970s floral quilted acetate or acrylic blend bedspread or topper. Approximate king sized, measures approximately 103" x 118." Rounded edges at bottom, seaming so it lays flat with a "skirt." Good vintage condition: top has no rips, tears, holes, stains or odors, aside from a few small minor marks and some dinginess along the edges, nothing easily visible when in use. The back side does show wear. The tissue-thin basting over the poly filler is shredded from age and washing. The poly filler is tightly felted, so this basting layer doesn't affect the function at all. Please see pics. Non-smoking, pet friendly home.
