Vitus 979 lightweight Duralinox frameset, branded "Daniel Girard Genève", from the late 1980's, 52 C/T size, in near mint condition. Former pro Swiss cyclist during the 1980's, Daniel Girard owns a cycle shop since 1981, and also a cycle museum, both nearby Geneva. This Vitus 979 was a special order and comes with an original purple/yellow painjob. The framaset consists of the frame, fork, a Shimano 105SC headset, and a Rubis 983 special seatpost. Feel free to ask any question or for additionnal photos! The frame will be carefully packed with strong foam protections. Sent with Chronopost  within 3 days after payment, tracked and isured. Good used condition Vitus Ovoid OCT full carbon frame. 9 tube carbon frame, carbon forks. Rare version. 49cm centre to centre seat tube. 51cm top tube. Normal wear and tear from daily usage. Some paint loss on the  right hand chainstay as normal with chain suck, but only superficial. Includes good condition Vitus specific headset. Bottom bracket not included. Shipping in European Union: 41 euro. Including original Vitus headset, front gear hanger, seat pinch bolt and double Shimano Dura Ace gear guides! Could easily build into a sub 7kg bicycle. Nice used condition rare Vitus 992 Ovoid 52cm frame with super smooth running Mavic (Vitus) needle bearing headset. Ideal vintage build. 25.4mm seat post. Usual small marks around drop outs and forks. All threads clean. Rare later painted version, early versions were anodised and had problems with corrosion at the joints.
